Changeover day
Changeover is flexible. Normal arrival time is 4 pm and departure is 10am. If requested, consideration will be given to variations of these times.

Notes on accommodation
Villa is centrally air conditioned and heated (when necessary). Location very suitable for children as villa/pool backs on to the community recreational area but sufficiently distant for privacy. The telephone provides free local calls but all other calls require a phone card. The local property management company can provide advice and additional facilities on request. If any problems of any kind are experienced, these should be immediately reported to the management company. All villa internal space, including garage, is a no-smoking area. Cots or high chairs can be supplied on request.

Accessibility
Front and rear of villa are readily accessible as gardens are open plan. Villa is not specially adapted for wheelchair users.
Outside
Private, screened south facing pool approximately 35 ft by 15 ft. Pool can be heated in the winter if required at extra cost. Pool sun loungers and drinks tables provided. Covered lanai providing shade for the pool area and a place to relax and eat in the evenings. The community recreational area with children’s play equipment, and ball courts backs on to the villa/pool area. Large community pool available for use by guests adjacent to Chatham Park entrance.
Coast/Beach
Around 60-70 mins drive to the east coast (Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach) and Gulf coast (Tampa, Clearwater Beach).
Golf
Several golf courses within 15-30 mins drive.
Travel
Orlanda International airport is approximately 20 miles / 25 mins drive, Sanford airport is approximately 40 miles / 50 mins drive, Tampa airport is approximately 65 miles / 70 mins drive. A hire car is essential.
Distances
City of Kissimmee is about 10 miles, Kissimmee Old Town is about 3 miles, Disney is about 6 miles (10 mins drive), International Drive (south) is about 4 miles. Other attractions, e.g. Universal Studios, Wet n Wild are about 6/7 miles. Orlando is about 20 miles and main shopping plazas are about 15 miles. The 192 highway with all its shops, entertainment, restaurants, etc. is about 1 mile.
Further details
There are Wal Mart centres, large retail and designer outlets, supermarkets, dining/show locations all within 1 to 2 miles. Villa is ideally located for access to all the Orlando area attractions and yet is in a peaceful community served by private security patrols.
Booking notes
Booking form, registration and agreement form, and terms and conditions are provided to enquirers. A booking deposit of £100/$200 applies. Balance of rental, security deposit of £150/$300, pool heat at £10/$20 per day (if required) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
