The villa is in a quiet location, in an area of natural beauty. It is 10 minutes from beautiful beaches, fishing and boat facilities as well as numerous golf courses, excellent shopping outlets and plenty of restaurants. There is plenty of patio furniture for you to relax by the pool and outdoor spa. The villa has air conditioning throughout as well as fans in each room. We have satellite TV in both master suites and the den, which also has a DVD player. We have some bicycles for your use while staying at the villa as we are near to nature trails with cycle tracks.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideal for families and adult groups alike. It is very spacious providing a relaxing atmosphere. The villa has full air-conditioning and heating should it be required. The lounge has patio doors which open out to the pool area giving a feeling of space throughout. Both master suites also open out onto the pool area, as does the dinette. The shower room is also linked to the pool area and is good for children to access the pool. There are toys for use in the pool as well as floating beds.

Accessibility
The villa is one ground level, and has wide sliding doors to access the pool area.
Outside
The landscaped gardens give a lovely splash of colour and warmth to the property as well as providing some privacy. The private pool is 25ft x 15ft and has a spa attached. It has a cover to help heat the pool which must be removed before entering the pool, which is maintained weekly. It is in a 'cage' which gives protection from insects etc. There are sunbeds and chairs as well as an outdoor dining table. The gas BBQ offers the ideal way to dine while on holiday. Their is a fan over the dining area should it be too hot outside.
Coast/Beach
We are a 10 minute drive from some beautiful gulf coast beaches. They are all white sandy beaches that allow for great shell collecting and swimming in clear blue waters.
Dolphin tours are popular in local villages.
Golf
There are 22 golf courses within 15 miles of the villa which include: Longmarsh Golf Club, semi private; Rotunda Golf and Country Club, semi private; Riverwood Golf and Country Club, private; Boco Royale Golf and Country Club, private; Bob Cat Trail Golf Club, semi private; Myakka Pines Golf Club, public. Travel
Sarasota International airport is 45 minutes drive.
Tampa Airport is 1.5 hours away.
Fort Myers, 45 min 1 hour.
St Petersburg 1.20 hours.
Distances
Port Charlotte town centre is just a 10 minute drive away with shops, banks, cinema, restaurants and other outlets. The nearest supermarket and petrol station is just 4 miles away. Englewood is 15 minutes away. Boco Grande is a 5 -10 minute drive. Punta Gorde has a lovely fisherman's Village from which you can take fishing and dolphin tours, or enjoy the unusual shops and all American restaurant at the end of the pier.
Further details
The villa is situated within a nature reserve, yet also in reach of theme parks, Busch Gardens, Tampa. The everglades is an hour away, while Disney is 2 hours away. This location offers the perfect balance for you to please everyone.
