Welcome to Orlando Dream Villa at Watersong, the new gated community set in a conservation area located on the US 17-92 approximately 15 minutes from Disney and 10 minutes from the I-4. Watersong offers a relaxing retreat after the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting theme parks and attractions. Abundant with natural flora and fauna, WaterSong offers a therapeutic escape from the lively tradition of other Orlando destinations. As you enter through the charming gatehouse, you will feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. Our luxurious villa can easily accommodate 8 people and provides high end furnishings including a luxury kitchen fully fitted with all the appliances, a well-designed living area with a 50" Plasma TV and DVD player and air-conditioned throughout. There is a 30’ south facing pool and spa for your private use. An elaborate, spacious 6,700 sqft clubhouse encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, entertainment and fitness centre.

Notes on prices
Prices quoted are per week for the villa, not per person and include electricity, water, air-conditioning, cable TV, clean bedlinen and towels. Prices quoted in UK pounds and US dollars. Euro rates on request. Prices shown include all utilities, clean linen and towels, final cleaning on departure and Florida taxes. Pool and spa heating if required is charged extra at £100/$180 per week recommended from September to April. Whilst prices are for the whole villa we may offer discounts for families.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure is due by 10am. Late check outs are available, subject to availability and must be by prior agreement only.

Our management company maintains the villa and pool to the highest standards both internally and externally. Professionally cleaned prior to your visit along with all bedlinen and towels. Mid stay cleans can be arranged at extra cost if required. |
Notes on accommodation
Our villa is fully air-conditioned, all rooms are fully carpeted and tastefully decorated. If required we offer free use of an high-chair, travel cot and baby stroller. The villa is fitted with a full monitored alarm system for your peace of mind, also a coded door lock box means there is no need to go collecting keys on your arrival. Please note, for the comfort of all our guests, no-smoking is permitted inside the villa, however, smoking is permitted on the lanai.

Outside
Enclosed within a large lanai area is a private and fully screened 30’ x 14’ pool with a raised spa, patio table and chairs, four sun loungers. A pool safety fence is provided, as required by law, to prevent infants/toddlers getting too close to the pool. There is a gas BBQ, outdoor shower and WC. Pool heating is an optional extra available during the cooler periods.
Coast/Beach
Florida has some of the world’s most renowned beaches. To the West towards Tampa is the famous Clearwater town with crystal clear water and sandy beaches. Heading East will take you towards the Gulf Coast beaches.
Golf
Florida is well known for its golf courses and there are numerous courses within short distances of Watersong. Providence golf course is only a few hundred yards from the Villa, Championsgate is a short drive away.
Travel
The main airports are Orlando international, Sanford and Tampa. Car hire is a must in order to get around Orlando with the added comfort that there are plenty of parking spaces.

Booking notes
Once you reach a decision to rent our luxury villa a provisional reservation is held for up to seven days and we will request a non-refundable deposit of 30%. The final balance is payable no later than 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, along with a fully refundable security deposit of £200 ($360) to cover breakages. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your return home subject to a satisfactory inspection by our Management Company.
