Notes on accommodation
The villa is air-conditioned throughout.Free WifI, Smoke detectors, emergency lighting and a fire extinguisher are installed for guest’s safety. Free international telephone calls for guests. This villa is non-smoking throughout and we do not allow pets.
Outside
House has enclosed lania with BBQ, table and recline chairs. It overlooks the gardens and pool. Pool area has sun loungers and jacuzzi great for chilling out after an exhausting day in the parks.
Coast/Beach
Fishing and outdoor activities are 30 mins away at the Lake Louisa State Park.
Golf
Just 10 minutes away are the Championship Golf Courses such as Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Orange Lake are close by and 10 minutes away is the prestigious Champions Gate (with 2 Greg Norman designed courses) and the exclusive Championship Golf Course of Reunion.

You will need to hire a car. Orlando international airport is about 45 mins away. Sanford airport and Tampa airport are about 1 hour away.

Nearest supermarket is Publix just turn right out of legacy park and it is half a mile away in a shopping mall which also has a pizzeria, Chinese takeaway, Indian takeaway, Applebees restaurant and pub. There is a large Walmart turn left up the 27 and its 2 miles away, it sells just about everything!
Booking notes
A security deposit of £200.00 is required when booking. This is returned 10 days after departure providing the property is in order.

Hi Nik, Just to let you know that we had a fabulous holiday staying in your town house in Florida. It was lovely and convenient to everything, restaurants, shops and of course the Disney Parks. Great value for money. The pool was clean and well maintained and very welcome when you wanted to de-stress. The house has a great layout with plenty of room for the four of us, my Husban, Daughter and her boyfriend who are 24 years old and me! On the couple of days that we went to the Disney parks we spent the day at the parks then returned to the house early evening to relax and freshen up and returned for the evening shows. It only took about 15 minutes and made all the difference to have somewhere lovely to put your feet up with a drink before attacking the hustle and bustle of the Disney fantasy again. - 21/04/08-01/05/08
