Our beautiful villa is in a gorgeous location to relax and enjoy the view overlooking the natural spring lake. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and is fully air conditioned for your comfort. It has its own private solar-heated screened 12' x 24' pool with a shaded pool area and has ample sunbathing area for the whole family. You can simply sit and watch the wildlife by the pool or on the fishing dock at the bottom of the garden. You can also pick your own grapefruits for breakfast from our 2 grapefruit trees. The surrounding area has plenty to offer with nature parks, walking and cycling paths, offshore and deep sea fishing, sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, golfing and beaches. Shopping at Gulf View mall includes Maceys, Dillards, JC Pennys and 100s more to choose from. A great choice of restaurants in the surrounding area, you can also visit Tarpon Springs sponge docks with a wide variety of Greek restaurants and shops.

| Bedrooms: | There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with en suite bathroom and a patio door leads to the pool. The other 2 bedrooms both have 2 single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The master bedroom has its own en suite with his and hers wash basins and the other 2 bedrooms both share the separate bathroom which has bath and overhead shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a small sink unit are located in the separate utility room. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious and open-plan with a 3 seater sofabed (sleeps 2), 2-seater sofa, coffee table, television and video recorder. The telephone allows 3 local calls and incoming calls only. Triple sliding patio doors lead to the shaded poolside patio area. |
| Other: | The dining area has a formal dining table and 6 chairs, with patio doors leading to the pool area. |

The pool has a shaded seating area, furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, which surround a screened 12' x 24' solar-heated swimming pool, with steps and handrails.
Coast/Beach
Local Gulf Coast beaches are Green Key beach at New Port Richey and Hudson beach, both just a 10 minute drive away. Alternatively, further down the coast are the main beaches at Clearwater which is a 60 minute drive, or further down are the beaches of Treasure Island and St. Petersburg and many more.
Howard's Park at Tarpon Springs (30 mins drive) is ideal for picnics and has a barbecue area. Drive along the waterway to the beach and soak up the sun.
Travel
Fly direct to Tampa International Airport (approx 45 mins drive to our villa) or drive over from Orlando (approx 1.5 hours drive).
Distances
Port Richey is near Tarpon Springs and Hudson.
About a 45 mins drive from Tampa international Airport and 60 min drive to Clearwater/St.Petes Beach area. Tarpon Springs with Howard Park Beach only 20 mins away. The local Gulf View Mall is just a 5 minute drive away.
Further details
Gulf View Mall is just a 5 minute drive away with over 100 stores. Or why not visit one of the numerous 'flea markets' for those bargains? For food, there are plenty of supermarkets within a mile or so of the villa.
A 10 minute drive around Port Richey will serve up a superb selection of restaurants, anything from a Chinese buffet to an all American steakhouse - the choice is yours!
Booking notes
Deposit of 25% will secure booking, balance due 8 weeks before departure together with a £125 refundable security deposit. Price includes electric and water costs and house clean on departure, taxes included.
