Our home is situated in the villages at Mango key gated holiday resort. Fully air-conditioned with additional fans in every room. Free high speed internet is provided for use with your own laptops. The phone is provided with free local, long distance and international calls. A fully screened Lanai with sunbed to the rear of the house. Parking bays are at the front. There is a shared heated pool and hot tub. We have a new Queen bed and furniture in the master bedroom and new tables, furniture and table lamps in the lounge, Cable TV in every room and 2 DVD players and a video player. Our home is maintained to the highest standards by our professional management team. The lovely gardens and the communal pool deck are maintained to a very high standared for your pleasure and enjoyment. We are confident you will enjoy your stay with us.

| Other: | The fully screened Lanai is accessed via the patio doors and has sunbeds and table and chairs, ideal for sun lovers to sit out and top up their tans. The gardens are professionaly managed to a high standard, as are the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. |

All linen and towels are provided free of charge and our home is professionally cleaned after each use. Additional cleaning service can be arranged through our management company. A cleaning fee of $70/£40 will be added to bookings of less than 5 nights |

Accessibility
Two storey home with the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. All with wide doorways.
Outside
We are surrounded by pleasant, well maintained gardens with a barbecue area. There is a large car park area with spaces outside each home. A lovely heated, shared pool and hot tub with pool deck for sunbathers.
Coast/Beach
Daytona beach is about 90 minutes away and clearwater and St Petes are only 2.5 hours by car. The beach at Daytona is accessible by car, you can drive on certain stretches of it but be careful, the first time we went there we had to be towed out of the sand by the beach patrol officers, Clearwater is also fantastic with superb white sandy beaches
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive along the Highway 192.
Travel
Our home is accessible from Orlando international airport (approx 60 minutes drive) and also Sanford International Airport (approx 90 minutes drive).
Distances
Supermarkets Wal-Mart and Publix are only a 5 minute drive along the 192, Disney is about 4.5 miles away, Seaworld, Universal and the international Drive shopping area are about a 30 minute drive.
Further details
there is a new seaworld water park that opened in spring 2008. together with new rides at disney including a toy story ride at Disney Hollywood studios.
Booking notes
A cleaning fee of £40 will be applied to bookings of less than 5 nights. A deposit of £100 a week will be required to secure a booking. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Credit card payments accepted through our management company in Florida, but there is a 4% charge for this. A refundable security deposit of £150 required for each booking.

A recomendation from The Taylors - Anyone considering taking a holiday AT ANYTIME in Florida, should really consider hiring out the house. There were 5 adults and we were absolutely amazed at how spacious it was. Plenty of room
and even a veranda to be able to sit and have morning coffee. The washing machine and tumble drier were a real assett (meant we could take minimal amount of clothes... we bought loads out there as it happens). The pool was refreshing in the heat, and the jacuzzi was out of this world, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax, and near enough to shop! We did all the touristy things like space centre, universal studios, disney, seaworld and busch gardens, as well as visiting Ripley's "believe it or not" Wonderworks, Horse Riding and of course doing a bit of shopping (you should see the size of the nearby wal mart!)
