Our beautiful, luxurious, brand new Town Home is situated at the highly impressive Paradise Palms 5* Resort. Paradise Palms offers so much more, with its huge clubhouse with games room, gym, sauna, swimming pool, to name just a few. A 24 hour gated community, it has everything you wish for, the perfect holiday, your own space plenty of room, self contained and yet on your doorstep the luxury to wander down to the clubhouse for lunch / dinner or even better order Room Service and enjoy your meal dining outside on your own patio in your secluded pool area. You can relax and enjoy our beautiful home and surroundings whilst your children will be off playing, fishing having a great time. Sounds wonderful. If you want to see what Orlando has to offer and you manage to drag yourself away Disney is just 4 minutes away, shops, restaurants are very close, Universal, Wet and Wild, Sea World, and all the attractions.

Changeover day
Check in is from 4pm and keys can be collected on site on Paradise Palms Resort from our 24 hour check in and checkout is 12 noon, an extension of time may be possible on checking out for a nominal fee depending on the arrival time of following guests.

Accessibility
The property has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair access, however, there is good access and double bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom an advantage.
Outside
South Facing, the pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and wildlife out, will not effect your tan. The pool deck area is approx 726m², ideal for sunbathing or just relaxing under covered lanai or a dip in the pool to cool down, and is very secluded with walls either side so you are not overlooked, and out of back gate views only of palm trees. Covered lanai should you need to sit in the shade. It is furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs allowing you to dine al fresco.
Coast/Beach
The Gulf coast beaches are 45 minutes drive west and Cocoa Beach and east coast beaches are 45 minutes drive to the east, we are 5 minutes drive to the I4 which provides access to east and west. The famous Daytona beach is an hour away
Golf
Orlando have some of the finest Golf Courses around ,some within 10 minutes from our property.
Travel
Paradise Palms Resort is 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Your rental car can be collected on site at the airport and Taxis are also to hand.
Distances
Disney is 4 minutes drive accessed from the new road just off US192, Universal Island of Adventure, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet & Wild are all all around a 20 minute drive with Busch Gardens 35-40 minutes west.
Further details
Walmart and Publix Supermarkets are within 5 minutes drive from Paradise Palms Resort, a great selection of restaurants including Italian and Chinese, Outback Steakhouse, Ponderosa, McDonalds, Taco Belle, Pizza, Subway. There are literally numerous restaurants for whatever your taste. The banks are also situated in this area.
Booking notes
Our home can be reserved with a non refundable deposit of £100 / $200 per week. This can be transferred to other weeks, this deposit is due to reserve your holiday dates immediately upon booking.
Balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
