The beaches are renowned for their white sand, warm safe water and lack of development. A safe location for the family or a romantic hideaway for a special holiday. Large master suite with walk in shower, bath and separate WC. The king size sleep number bed offers the best nights sleep and the sitting area includes the use of elliptical trainer. TV. Second bedroom with queen shares bathroom with bed 3 (twin beds). The fourth bedroom doubles as an office. There is an additional TV and large futon bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room with large table (up to 8) European sideboard and Casio keyboard. Formal lounge overlooking pool area. Family lounge with TV, DVD player (selection of DVDs). Casual eating area.

Notes on accommodation
Ionizer in Bedroom 1. Casio keyboard/electronic piano. This villa is our own home and has been furnished as such with many extras, including pictures, kitchen equipment, towels, linen and we share all of these with our guests. It has been totally non-smoking and we do not accept smokers.

Accessibility
Doors open for wheelchair use. No special equipment in bathrooms but would be manageable.
Outside
32ft pool which is heated both by solar and electric. The large lanai surrounds the pool on 3 sides and as a courtyard is totally private. There is an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. Large windows open onto the lanai from the formal sitting area.
The grounds of 1.5 acres give total privacy and give the occupants a wonderful view of the local wildlife including foxes, raccoons, bobcats and we even saw a panther once. Don't worry they are quite safe but wonderful to see. We have a bird table and have beautiful red cardinals, woodpeckers and many other birds visiting.
Coast/Beach
Manasota beach 15 mins walk.
Undeveloped beach with lifeguard, showers, toilets and picnic area. Parking.
Other beaches at Boca Grande (where the President and many celebrities have wonderful homes).
Fishing and dophin watching trips.

Numerous golf courses within 10 mins drive.

What a wonderful time we had at your home in South Venice Florida. We thought we'd died and gone to heaven! We were lucky weatherwise. Temps were running 15 degrees above normal while we were there. The kids immensely enjoyed the pool. You could find them in the pool when we were at the house. We did some sight seeing at Myakka State Park. We were on the out look for aligators. Went to Sanibel Island to shell and took the ferry from Pine Island to Cayo Casta State Park where we found some beautiful shells. My son said it best for all of us. Our vacation wasn't long enough and wished we could stay longer. We thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
