This luxurious, designer styled, privately owned villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. It is a perfectly secluded property, surrounded by wildlife and not overlooked. The villa has a large, spacious, newly furnished living room. It has 52" plasma satellite TV, DVD plus a stereo system. There are luxury ivory leather reclining sofas to relax on. An elegant formal dining area overlooks the pool. A large furnished lanai overlooks the 25x13 pool and deck area and a Gas BBQ is supplied. The garage/games room houses a pool table and soccer table. Four mountain bikes and beach equipment are also provided. One of two villas we own in Rotonda Lakes, just two streets apart. The villa is located in the quiet, upscale area of Rotonda Lakes in South West Florida. Beautiful beaches are 10 mins drive, restaurants and shopping are 5 mins drive and an abundance of golf courses are right on the doorstep.

Outside
The 25x13 private swimming pool is solar heated. The large 26x10 lanai is fully furnished with superior quality patio furniture including table, 6 chairs and sunloungers. There is a child safety fence around the pool (removable). A Gas barbecue is supplied.
Coast/Beach
The nearby beaches of Englewood ane Gasparilla are just 10 to 15 minutes drive.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the area, 5 literally on the doorstep and another 20 within 40 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
Fishing: Many excursions are available locally with some of the best Tarpon and Shark fishing found anywhere.
Travel
There is a choice of airports, Tampa is 90 mins, Sarasota is 45 mins, Fort Myers is 45 mins, Orlando is 2.5 hours and Miami is 3 hours.
Distances
Englewood 5 mins, Port Charlotte 10 mins, Busch Gardens 90 mins, Disney and other theme parks 2.5 hours, Miami 3 hours.
Booking notes
Credit Cards accepted. A booking deposit of 25% will be required to secure booking. Full outstanding balance to be paid 10 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of £100 may be required with final payment for parties over four. If required this will be refunded within 10 days of return once cleared by our management company. All rates include linens, towels, house electricity, water, cable TV, local phone calls and local taxes.

I live in Bridgnorth, Shropshire with my husband and 6 year old daughter. We purchased our first home in Rotonda in 2007 after falling in love with the area whilst on holiday renting someone else's villa. I own this villa with my sister Kathy and spend many holidays together here.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love the peaceful area, wildlife and woodland. Yet still being near to the beaches and shopping. We enjoy taking our bikes out in the morning and early evening, when it is slightly cooler!!
