Our luxurious and elegant privately owned villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. It is a perfectly secluded property, surrounded by wildlife and appropriate for all ages. It is located in the quiet, upscale, residential area of Rotonda Lakes in South West Florida. Beautiful beaches are within 10-15 mins drive, restaurants and shopping are within 5 mins drive and an abundance of golf courses are right on the doorstep. The villa has a spacious, sophisticated, open-plan living room. It has a 50' big screen plasma satellite TV, DVD and stereo system. There are large cream leather reclining sofas to relax on, one of which is a queen sleeper. An elegant formal dining area overlooks the pool and can easily seat 6. A large furnished lanai overlooks the 25x13 pool and deck area. The garage/games room houses a pool table and soccer table. Four mountain bikes and beach equipment are also provided. Outside
The 25x13 private swimming pool is solar heated. The large 26x10 lanai is fully furnished with superior quality patio furniture including table, 6 chairs and sunloungers. There is a child safety fence around the pool (removable). A barbecue can be arranged for you if required.
Coast/Beach
One of Southwest Florida's main attractions has to be the beautiful beaches and some of the ‘best voted for' beaches in America are within a 10-15 min drive. The surrounding area has a wonderful selection of beach locations for you to choose from. There are the quiet and remote island retreats, the activity beaches where water sports are on offer, or the popular swimming beaches along Manasota Key. You can go boating, jet skiing, fishing, collecting shells and sharks teeth or just relax.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the area, 5 literally on the doorstep and another 20 within 40 mins drive. Nine hole as cheap as $15-$20 or all day and all week tickets available from Rotonda Golf.
Special interest holidays
Fishing: Many excursions are available locally with some of the best Tarpon and Shark fishing found anywhere.
Travel
There is a choice of airports, Tampa is 90 mins, Sarasota is 45 mins, Fort Myers is 45 mins, Orlando is 2.5 hours and Miami is 3 hours.
Distances
Englewood 10 mins, Port Charlotte 10 mins, Busch Gardens 90 mins, Disney and other theme parks 2.5 hours, Miami 3 hours.
Further details
Restaurants: Choices are endless when it comes to good restaurants in the area. Whatever you feel like eating, a suitable eatery will not be far away. There are many restaurants within a five minute drive. Or slightly further afield try Johnny Leverock's on Placida Drive for fish, The Crows Nest in Venice for a beautiful harbour setting or The Captains Table at the Fisherman’s Village in Punta Gorda for breathtaking sea views.
Shopping: There are many shops and supermarkets within five minutes. A 10-minute drive towards Port Charlotte takes you to Murdock Circle. Here you will find a huge air-conditioned indoor shopping mall with all the major department stores such as JC Penneys, Macy's, Sears, Dillard's and Beals. Many other smaller outlets have stores here and there is a big choice of eateries too. The Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda has a beautiful pier with lots of local quaint shops to explore. There is also a factory outlet near Fort Myers.

Credit Cards accepted. A booking deposit of 20% will be required to secure booking. Full outstanding balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required with final payment. This will be refunded within 10 days of return once cleared by our management company. All rates include linens, towels, house electricity, water, cable TV, local phone calls and local taxes.
