Our impressive 3475sq ft, 6 bedroom villa is an ideal therapeutic escape from your hectic life making it an ideal place to relax and chill out around the pool with relaxing views of the lake. This fully air conditioned villa is spacious and open planned making it ideal for the largest of families or families together providing ample comfortable seating and dinning areas. Our villa has an open kitchen which is fully fitted with all convenient appliances which you would expect in a prestigious villa. Alternatively you can use the outdoor summer kitchen which is equipped with a gas grill barbeque allows you to cook and dine in the outdoors, For entertainment we have a fully equipped games room which boast an 8ft slated pool table, air hockey and electronic darts. Watersong newly built clubhouse featuring a large pool and spa, a cyber café with high speed internet access, exercise facilities, game room,and ball court.

Changeover day
You may arrive at our villa any time after 4pm.
You must vacate prior to 10pm.
Late check outs are available, subject to availability with prior agreement by the owners.

Our villa is professionally cleaned by our 24hr management company prior to each guest arriving. If you require additional cleaning during your stay this can be arranged by our management company. All linen and towels are provided in our villa. |
Notes on accommodation
Our villa is a safe environment for children providing a fully fenced area (removable) dividing the pool.
Free of use we have a children's crib highchair and stroller
We also provide a 24hr management service which is at your beck and call if you experience any problems,not that you will.
We recommend that for sensitivity reasons that if you have young infants you provide them with your own bedding and towels in case of any allergies.

Situated on a south facing over-sized lot overlooking the lake and conservation area the villa boasts a 30ft x 40 ft extended decking area and a wonderful covered lanai plus a 14ftx 30ft pool with 6ft round – raised spa with spa lights .The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge. A 5ft outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill barbeque allows you to cook and dine in the outdoors, it also has an outdoor toilet and shower area which is excellent for the children when playing in the pool. Providing ample reclining and cushioned pool furniture for all the family making it an ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks with elegant tranquil views of the lake. The pool area also has a child friendly safety net for that added peace of mind.
Coast/Beach
Watersong is situated 1hr 30min drive away from the and the Atlantic coast which has many Luxurious golden beaches such as COCO Beach and Datona. On the gulf side which is also 1hr 30min drive you have Clearwater, St Petersburg and the beautiful town of Sarsota.
Golf
In the location of our home there are many golf courses within a short distance making it a golfers paradise. Newly opened Providence is located on the community next door. Champions Gate is only a few minutes drive away featuring two premier 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman. Southern Dunes is 10min away and all Disney courses are 20min away.
Travel
Exit the I-4 to exit 58 Commence along the road taking fork to the left At the lights turn left onto CR532 straight through 2nd set of lights and drive for approx 1.5 mile. At the lights turn right onto Lake Wilson Road. Continue until you come to a T junction .Turn left onto CR 54 Ronald Regan Parkway. Continue until you come to another T junction HWY 17-92. Turn right and continue for approx 1 mile You will pass Aviana on your right providence on your left then Watersong entrance.

Booking notes
We require a £200 GBP/$400 USD deposit to secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a security deposit of £200 GBP/$400 USD which is returnable approx 2 weeks after vacating providing no damage is caused.
