The views from our sun soaked pool area are onto a protected conservation area with No neighbours to the rear of our pool area. The gated community of Watersong offers a relaxing retreat after the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting theme parks and attractions. Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure is due by 10am. Late check outs are available, subject to availability and must be by prior agreement only.

Our management company maintains the villa and pool to the highest standards both internally and externally. Professionally cleaned prior to your visit along with all bed linen and towels. Mid stay cleans can be arranged at extra cost if required. |
Notes on accommodation
Our villa is fully air-conditioned, with the addition of ceiling fans in the living area and both master bedrooms, all rooms are fully carpeted and tastefully decorated. If required we offer free use of an high-chair, travel cot and baby stroller, the villa has a telephone with free calls within the USA, there is also a free high speed Internet access but you will need to bring your laptop.
Security - a combination lock safe is provided for your valuables and the villa is fitted with a full monitored alarm system for your peace of mind also a coded door lock box means there is no need to go collecting keys on your arrival. Please note for the comfort of all our guests no-smoking is permitted inside the villa however smoking is permitted on the lanai, where ashtrays are provided.

Accessibility
The villa is single storey and open plan with everything on one level but please note there is a small step to the front and rear entrance, there are also small steps or lips to the walk-in shower areas.
Outside
Step out of the lounge onto the south facing lanai, the perfect spot for alfresco dining or just a little shade before you go onto the sun soaked pool deck. There is a 30’ x 14’ pool with a raised spa pool. The surrounding pool deck has been extended and is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers (floats, toys and arm bands are kept in the garage for your enjoyment). The pool deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and bugs out; this will not affect your tan in anyway. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (usually only required during the winter months). There is a door giving direct access from the pool to bathroom one when required. A 4ft mesh safety fence is provide to prevent unauthorised access by young children, this can be just part opened or fully removed if not required. Underwater lighting adds atmosphere to those evening swims and a pool blanket on a winding reel helps to retain some of the daytime pool heat.
Coast/Beach
Florida boasts some fabulous coastline with clear waters and glorious sandy beaches. East coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes whilst Gulf Coast beaches to the west take about a 2 hour drive from Watersong but do remember, like any seaside they can get busy at weekends.
Golf
If you play golf then this is the place to be with prices from as little as £10 per round without a cart in low season. With an average annual temperature of around 70 degrees the weather will not effect you swing quite as much as in the UK.
There are over 20 golf courses within a short distance of Watersong with the award winning Champions Gate course being less than 10 minutes away, maybe even time for a round before before going to Disney for the day!!
Travel
The local International airports are Orlando International approx 30 Min's and Sanford approx 50 Min's both offering direct motorway access with very easy routes to the villa. Full driving directions to the villa are sent out to all guests within their welcome information pack. Car hire is recommended whilst staying at our villa.
Distances
Watersong is less than a 10 minute drive from Interstate 4 making it perfectly located for easy access to all the attractions, the coast and major airports. With golf, restaurants, banks, and a whole host of shops only minutes away it offers the ideal location for a great vacation.
Disney 15/20 Min's. Sea World 25 Min's. Space Centre 60 Min's. Golf course 10 Min's. Florida Mall 30 Min's. Walmart 10 Min's. Publix supermarket 10 Min's.
Further details
Less than 5 minutes from the villa there is a petrol station with convenience store and fast food outlet who also offer a delivery service. At Champions Gate which is just 10 minutes away you will find a Publix supermarket, bank, restaurants and fast food outlets. Within less than a 15 minutes drive you have the choice of either traveling South to Haines City where you will find a very large Walmart where you can buy just about anything or head North to Kissimmee to find a large assortment of shops, banks, hairdressers and a Publix supermarket offering very good local prices.
Booking notes
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 ($180) per rental week is required within 7 days to secure a booking, the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 ($360) fully refundable security/damage deposit is also required with the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Please Note: the security deposit will not be banked until your day of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded once the management company have checked the home and confirmed that no damage has been done.
