Palm Villa is a well furnished detached two storey home which has one of the biggest corner plots. A large garden which is fenced in for privacy at the rear of which faces south - thereby affording all-day sunshine to the 30ft pool with spa (heated by free solar heating). The large patio area ensures that there is plenty of room for guests and there is also a BBQ in the garden. You can watch Disney’s magic fireworks display from pool area. Palm Villa provides for stylish living in an open plan layout, fully air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in the principle rooms. Relaxation is well catered for by the provision of comfortably furniture and lots of space. The games room has pool table, darts board, Air hockey table, Playstation, Large TV and other games for the more energetic. The villa sleeps 14 guests very comfortably. A cot and highchair are also provided for those most important ‘little ones’ in the party.

Accessibility
The ground floor is all level only one small step down into games room, this is a very large villa with lots of space on the ground floor for wheelchairs, easy access to pool area.

Large fenced in garden with lots of palm trees. The 30ft pool/spa is heated by free solar power and has a large patio, with patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
Palm Villa is situated on the US27, approx 2 miles from US192 also close to Interstate 4 from which you may go West to the Gulf Coast i.e. Tampa 67 miles / Clearwater 87 miles / St Petersburgh 87 miles or East to the Atlantic Coast were you can drive on the famous Daytona Beach 77 miles or visit Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Centre) 50 miles. All the journeys mentioned are between 60-90 mins approx on good highways.

There are numerous golf courses in the local area.
Travel
The main airport for this region of Florida is Orlando international which is approx 35 miles from Palm Villa, however a great number of UK Tour operators fly to the alternative airport of Orlando Sanford which is approximately 30-35 minutes North of Orlando Intl. Both airports are well signposted and are very user friendly for the tourist using hire car facilities.
Distances
Distances from the community to important locations are as follows: 15 min to Disney World. 35 mins to Universal Studios Orlando. 1 min to a major chain supermarket. 1 min to the nearest golf course.

The full rental charge is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival date when details of location/security codes will be given. A 200 pound security deposit is required before arrival, which will be returned after your holiday is over.
