Situated on a large corner plot, not overlooked at rear, with shrubs planted around the fully screened pool for extra privacy. Our villa is ideal to come home to after a hectic day at the theme parks. Extended deck with pool furniture, ideal for alfresco dining. The villa is fully equipped with everything you should need, including DVD, VCR, stereo, internet access and cable TV, games tables. There is a telephone for your use and all calls within the USA are free. The Manors North has a 'resort' size communal pool, club house with TV's, free Wi-Fi access and a fitness suite.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 10% discount for stays of 3 weeks or more (not available on late deals). £125 deposit secures your booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Breakages deposit (refundable) of £100 with full balance. Pool heating is at additional charge of £70 per week(07/8) and £80 per week for 2009. Stays of less than 5 nights incur an additional cleaning charge of £40 (08/09). Nightly rate £70 for stays less than 5 nights.

Accessibility
The property is not specially adapted for wheelchairs, but is on one level, there is a small step up to front door and a small step into the master shower. If you need details on width of doors, please contact us.

Large corner plot. Private pool (approx 28ft) with extended deck,part- covered lanai with table, chairs and loungers. The pool can be heated (charge applies). The Manors also has a 'resort' size communal pool.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are approx 1 hour drive.
Golf
The Highlands Reserve and Polo Park golf courses are approx 2-3 miles and Champions Gate approx 8 minutes drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando International, which is approx 35 min drive and Sanford is about 1 hour to drive. Car hire is essential, we would recommend getting your car booked before you travel and choosing a company that does airport pick up as this saves time and is very easy.
Distances
The nearest shops, restaurants, bank and large supermarket are approx 1 mile. There is a large 24hr Walmart within 5 min drive. Villa situated approx 3 miles from 192 and I 4. Disney is about 15 minutes to drive (depending on traffic). All other theme parks are approx 25-30 min drive.
Further details
The keys are in a 'lock box' so you can arrive any time after 4pm and let yourselves in. Check out is at 10am. Our management company is on hand 24/7 should you have any problems. Late departure/early arrival is sometimes possible if agreed before holiday, at no extra charge.
Booking notes
You can book online via email or telephone us. A deposit of £125 will secure your booking. Full balance due 8 weeks before travel. A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is also due with full payment, this will be returned within two weeks of your leaving (Subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property). Pool heating is charged at £70 per week, please state if you require this at time of booking. 2008 price.
