The magic begins when you enter, this magnificent 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa completed in 2006. The villa benefits from large heated south facing pool and jacuzzi, luxury master bedroom with queen beds and en-suite, games room, free local and international calling, 15MB high speed internet access, TV with DVD DVR cable. The difficulty will be leaving the villa to visit the many excellent attractions Disney and Orlando has to offer. We also have a 5 Bedroom Villa within walking distance for larger parties who may require 2 villas.

| Utility Room: | Equipment includes, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | To the rear, a spacious living room with TV, DVD, DVR to record or pause live cable TV. Sofas and views to pool. To the front a second formal sitting room with midi HiFi and sofas, with access to formal dining room which will seat 6. |
| Other: | Leading out to the pool area with South facing large decking, 30ft x 15ft heated pool and jacuzzi, patio furniture and gas BBQ. Also games room with pool table, football table and more. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned and beds made prior to your arrival, all towels are included with the exception of beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air conditioning and heating to make you stay comfortable all year round, the pool has a safety fence and doors are alarmed for safety of our younger guests also stair gate, highchair and cot available. There is a safe for your valuables and the house if fully alarmed to a central station. We will also supply you with a free use of a Tom Tom Satellite Navigation unit, this will take you from the airport directly to the Villa and help you find the best of Orlando without the chance of getting lost.

Outside
The villa is set of a large plot with gardens to the front and to the rear a large 30x15ft heated pool with spa spacious decking, ceiling fans patio furniture, loungers and gas barbeque covered via large lanai.
Coast/Beach
Orlando is central for either the gulf coast to the west, with Clearwater and its spectacular beaches and many beaches around Tampa only 1 hours drive. To the east is the excellent Cocoa Beach and space coast only 40 mins away, where if you are lucky you may see one of the launches from nearby Cape Kennedy Space Centre. And don't forget with the free use of the Tom Tom satellite navigation unit you won't get lost.
Golf
You will be only 5 mins away from the famous Champions Gate golf course and the new and exclusive championship golf courses of Reunion.
Travel
Ideal for Orlando international airport approx 40 mins away or Sanford approx 1 hour drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Disney (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom) 10 mins. Universal Studios 25 mins. Sea World 25 mins. Water parks 15 mins. Busch Gardens 45 mins. Kennedy Space Centre 45 mins. Gulf coast 1 hour.
Further details
There is a huge Walmart only 5 min drive with many more shops and restaurants 2 min drive.
Booking notes
Deposit of £150 is due at the time of booking, this is used as a bond and is refunded on return of keys and confirmation of no excessive cleaning or damage (usually within 14 days of your return). The balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. If you would like to take advantage of the Free Tom Tom satellite navigation unit you will need to confirm on booking, and there is a refundable £50 deposit on return of unit in undamaged working order.

What can i say about this property? It was awesome, no other words needed it had everthing you could want,spa pool games room with pool table ps2 internet and loads of room ,all the utensils for cooking gated block and a great location not in the centre of orlando but just outside,the owners even lent me a tom tom ,no tolls to pay if you don't want,and finally the owners could not be more helpful ,that sums up my great experience of orlando in the best cleanest house we could ask for.
