Completed in 2007 and professionally furnished, our villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is comfortable and luxurious. Light and airy, the villa is open plan with air-conditioning throughout. All bedrooms have TVs and the 32’ flat screen TV in the main lounge has a DVD player and Play Station 2. Extendable dining room table is fully laid with placemats, napkins and glasses. Modern equipped kitchen with large breakfast nook overlooking the sparkling pool. Separate lounge to curl up on the luxurious sofas for a quiet read. Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and board. Game boards, books and pool toys provided. Gorgeous south facing pool and spa with loungers, table and chairs. Security system installed and alarmed doors to the pool for child safety. Wildflower Ridge is conveniently located off Interstate 4, and within 10/15 mins of everyone's favourite theme park, Walt Disney, golf, shopping and restaurants.

Plenty of clean linen and towels are provided free of charge (also beach towels). Hairdryers in every bathroom. Property is routinely cleaned before and after every booking. Our professional management company are on hand to help in any way needed. |
Notes on accommodation
Suitable for two families to share with two master suites and two twin rooms allowing at least 8 adults to sleep comfortably with air-conditioning throughout. A child's 'Ready Bed' and cots are also available for smaller children. All safety aspects have been considered with an alarm on the patio doors out to the pool and all fire and safety regulations complied with. A larger than average patio area provides shade and is furnished with tables, cushioned chairs and loungers.

This property is all on ground level. It has a total living space of 2,207sqft.
Outside
Gorgeous south facing pool and bubbling spa is not overlooked with fairy lights and lit pool for a romantic evening. Wine, dine and relax out under the large lanai or lounge by the poolside. Our pool area is screened to let the sun in but keep the bugs out, and has the benefit of a safety net to ensure that younger children can not fall in accidentally when you take your eyes off them.
Coast/Beach
Cocoa Beach is the nearest, only 40 mins away. Daytona beach is approximately a 90 min drive and Clearwater, which is the most beautiful of beaches is a 2 hour drive away.
Golf
There are 25 golf courses within a 20 min drive. The 36 hole course at Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman is nearby. Other courses in the vicinity include the challenging Mystic Dunes and Falcons Fire which is recognised as one of Orlando's finest courses.
Travel
Orlando International airport is the nearest - 25 min drive away. Sandford Airport is also convenient at about 45 mins drive.
Distances
We are located off the I4 Junction 58 (Champions Gate) near Loughman. Champions Gate is 5 mins away, there you will find Publix supermarket, shops and restaurants. Another supermarket and shops are only 3 minutes away. Interstate 192 is 4 miles from the villa and will take you to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World in less than 15 mins.
Booking notes
Please contact us by email, telephone or via the contact form on our website. A £200 deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable in full 10 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required with the balance.
There will be a cleaning fee of £60.00 ($120), payable on stays of 4 nights or less. Pool and spa heating is optional but recommended between November - April at additional cost of £70 and £50 per week respectively.
