Sandy Ridge is a peaceful conservation development on the SR532, 3 minutes from the I-4 (exit 58) and has a play area for young children and offers a host of wildlife.

Changeover day
The villa is available for occupancy on the day of arrival from 4pm and you are required to vacate the property by 11am on the day of departure, unless agreed with the owners in advance. Changeover day is flexible.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Pool heat is available, if required, at an additional charge of £85 per week or £14 per day. For the comfort of our guests, there is a strict no smoking policy in place. Cot, highchair and barbecue are available at an additional nominal charge.
Accessibility
The villa is a single-storey property with no steps, which is ideal for families with small children and for those unable to use stairs.
Outside
The property boasts a beautiful fully screened south-facing private pool and spa, which is ideal for all day bathing/pool fun, and is fully lit at night. There is a covered lanai with ceiling light/fan, providing some shade, which is a great place to relax with a cool drink at the end of the day whilst taking in the view. The pool area is fully screened with a removable fence to ensure children do not access this area when unattended.
Coast/Beach
For those seeking sea and sand, West and East coast beaches are approx 1 hour away by car.
Golf
The villa is an ideal retreat for keen golfers with Champions Gate only a few mins drive away, offering superb golfing facilities and other amenities, and Reunion Resort, which is located just off the development and has a USPGA standard golf course.
Travel
The villa is located approximately 30-40 minutes from Orlando Airport and 50-60 minutes from Sanford. Airport transfers can be arranged, however, car hire is recommended for your holiday period.
Distances
Disney World Theme Parks are 10-15 mins, Universal Studios 20-25 mins, Seaworld 20 mins, Busch Gardens 60 mins and West/East coast beaches 60 mins.
Booking notes
A deposit of £150 is required to secure your booking, with an additional fully refundable damages/security deposit of £150 to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure with the outstanding balance. This is refunded following a post-departure inspection by our Management Company. Should you make a late booking then the full rental fee and damages/security deposit will be required immediately.
