Our fully air-conditioned spacious 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to eight comfortably. It has its own private secluded pool with a good sunny aspect. The villa is furnished to a high standard and comes fully equipped with everyday appliances. The villa is situated in a quiet development off the US27 to the west of the Disney complex, which is a short 20 minute drive away. Other major attractions are within a similar distance. It is also close to the US192 which has numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. Orlando International Airport is appoximately 40 minutes away by car. The villa is situated within easy reach of a number of inexpensive and well appointed golf courses. A new shopping mall with supermarket, bank, restaurants and fast food takeaway is only 2-3 minutes along the US27. The property is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

| Utility Room: | Maytag washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | 2 living areas. One with twin sofas enjoying Cable TV, DVD, VCR and PS2 entertainment. Second with large sofa and relaxing chairs in a quieter area of the villa. |
| Other: | In the larger living room there is a dining table that seats 6/8 comfortably. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included in the rental price. The property is inspected and cleaned after each occupancy and all used items are laundered. |

Outside
The 30' x 15' pool is in a fully screened area, accessed directly from the family room and master bedroom. There is a BBQ and a range of sunbeds and chairs. (Pool heat is an optional extra for the cooler months). The doors to the pool are alarmed by law for child safety reasons and cannot be disconnected. This also ensures that the internal air-conditioned temperature remains constant.
Golf
There are numerous excellent golf courses within 30 minutes drive, all kept to a very high standard and relatively inexpensive.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is appoximately 40 minutes away by car.
