Rotonda is a safe and beautifully maintained community with golf courses, tennis courts, childrens play area within the immediate vicinity. For serious golfers there are 99 holes available within Rotonda. The unspoiled lovely breaches are 10-15 minutes away by car and Adventiure Island Water Park and Busch Gardens a mere 90 minutes drive. Disney etc., is approximately a two hour drive. Alternative relax in our beautiful villa and enjoy peace and tranquility on the sun terrace or splashing around in the private pool whle watching the sun go down. Supermarkets are a few minutes drive away and it is only 10 minutes to the Port Charlotte Shopping Mall and fine restaurants.

The villa is located on one level with just a small step outside to the pool area.
Outside
The pool and lanai area is fully caged so no insects can get in.
There is a gas BBQ and there are 8 chairs and 1 large table for outside dining together with 4 sunbeds around the pool. The pool is solar heated and the spa is electrically heated
Coast/Beach
Many beaches are just a short drive from the villa. These include Gasparilla Island, South Beach, Cape Haze, Englewood Beach, Manasota Beach. Most of these are within approx 15 minutes drive of the villa.
Golf
99 holes of golf courses are within Rotonda or within 10 minutes drive. Long Marsh, Pines, Hills, Pinemoor East & Pinemoor West are all located on Rotonda. Lemon Bay, Riverwood, Bobcat Trail courses are with a short drive.
