Tower Lake is a quiet new exclusive development with its own boating ramp and fishing jetty and is particularly popular for catching bass and other types of fish in Tower Lake. Tower Lake boasts the ideal retreat and recreation area after a busy day at the parks. The location is ideal for Golfers. There are 5 golf courses within 5-30 minutes away and you can play around on courses designed by the great Greg Norman. The nearest course being Southern Dunes, with the well known Champions Gate just minutes away in a car. Just 30 minutes from Orlando airport and approximately 45 from Sanford airport. 2 minutes away in a car are the local shops, Walmart (24 hour supermarket) and Walgreen's (large pharmacy). The villa is very tastefully decorated. The private pool has a hot tub/spa with extended lanai and decking for extra comfort when sitting around the pool. The pool is also child friendly with a fully fitted safety gate. There is also a games room for the children.

Notes on prices
We currenty have a special offer running due to a late cancellation from the 26 August - 18 October any guests booking will benefit from free pool/spa heating. We are also prepared to give a further discount for more than 3 week bookings. The prices are per villa per week in UK Pounds if a price is required in US or Canadian Dollar please ask. Discounts may be considered for bookings of 3 weeks or more at the owners discretion. The pool heating is £90 per week extra and £13 per extra night.
Changeover day
We do not have a specific changeover day as we want to remain as flexible as possible and also realise that the flights can be cheaper and less busy during the week rather than at the weekends. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am.

Notes on accommodation
We have made our villa disabled friendly by adding grab bars in the 2 master bedrooms en-suite WCs and by the steps to the pool. The pool area has a child safety fence for that extra safety measure which must be in place when you are not using the pool. However, children should be supervised at all times around the pool. There are floatable toys for use in the pool. The pool and spa can also be heated for a minimal extra cost per week should you require it. There is a cot and high chair available and a games room for the children with a pool table, soccer game and many more games to keep the little ones occupied during their stay.

Accessibility
The villa as been made disabled friendly by fitting grab bars by the steps to the pool and in the bathrooms of both master bedrooms. The villa is all on one level therefore should be ideally suited for wheelchair access.
Outside
Indulge yourself after a day in the theme parks or have a day off and just relax in the splendour of the villa in the large heated screened pool 26ft x 13ft (heating available at extra cost). Complete with purpose built child safety screen, extended deck area, sun loungers, patio furniture and pool toys. This is the ideal way to relax in privacy after a busy day at the parks. Either sunbathe on the extra decking area or just sit under the covered Lanai area (patio) watching the children swim and play. There are lights in the pool for those evening dips in the pool, inflatable toys, and also a pool gate for the safety of your child. We have also added a hand rail by the steps to the pool to assist easier access in and out of the pool. In the evenings switch on the lighting to set the mood for simply sitting beside the pool or bubbling in the spa – perfect for creating that special atmosphere for you and your family.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Daytona Beach which will take about 30 mins. The Atlantic coast is one hours drive to the East, where you will find Coca Beach and Cape Canaveral. Similarly, the Gulf coast is also one hour's drive to the West. Here you can experience the beautiful beaches of Clearwater/St Pete and the city of Tampa where you can also have a fun day at Busch Gardens Adventure Park. Those more adventurous may want to take a relaxing drive to Miami sign posted 200 miles away.
Golf
The new gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is situated close to Tower Lake which boasts the ideal retreat and recreation area after a busy day at the parks. The location of the villa is ideal for golfers. There are five golf courses within driving distance five to thirty minutes away and you can play around on courses designed by the great Greg Norman. The nearest course being Southern Dunes, with the well known Champions Gate just minutes away in a car.
Special interest holidays
For those guests that like fishing there is a very large lake at the bottom of the community where you can sit on the jetty, relax and fish for sea bass and other fish.
Travel
The villa is just 30 mins from Orlando Airport and approximately 45 from Sanford airport. The pleasure in driving to Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is the straightforward directions. You come out of either one of the airports and straight onto the Interstate 4 (therefore, no turning off and no getting lost!). The local shops are 2 mins away in a car eg Walmart, 24 hour supermarket, and Walgreen's (large pharmacy), restaurants and cinema. Hiring a car is essential to get the most from your stay.
Distances
Theme parks are one of the main reasons why holiday makers visit Orlando. Just 6 miles south on the US27 from the Interstate 4 you can be at the gates of Disney around 15 minutes missing all the traffic on the busy 192. Universal Studios and Island of Adventure will take approximately 25 minutes, Sea World 20 minutes, Cypress Gardens Adventure Park 10 minutes. Those wanting to visit Kennedy Space Centre will be there within an hour.

Our exclusive villa which is newly built in 2007 is situated in a ‘Gated Community’ in the tranquil surroundings of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. Tower Lake is the sister community to Calabay Parc and is proving to be just as popular. Being gated allows only those staying at Tower Lake access to the community and our villa of which you will be given a pass code for security gates. when you pass through the automated security gates. Tower Lake is a quiet new exclusive development with its own boating ramp and fishing jetty and is particularly popular for catching bass and other types of fish swimming around Tower Lake. Tower Lake boasts the ideal retreat and recreation area after a busy day at the parks. There are plenty or shops to buy fresh or frozen food for that lunch you have been planning around the pool. A large pharmacy (Walgren's) why use your weight allowance with items you can buy in America for example sun creams, aftersun lotions, shampoo, conditioner, all your cosmetics, hair accessories etc allowing you extra room in your case for those bargains that you can purchase from the new Posner Park which is a large outlet shopping centre about 7 minute drive from the villa with a variety of restaurants to suit everybody and a cinema. The list of things to do and activities are endless and too many to put into words. You need to come and experience them yourselves.
Booking notes
Booking is easy and very straightforward. All booking forms and instructions can be found on our website www.calabayparcvilla.com. A deposit of £200 is required when booking is made to secure your weeks. Pool heating is £90 extra per week. A security deposit is also required although this will be refunded one week after you return home.
