Accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms, the 2 master bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and a further Queen bedroom and 2 twin rooms share another bathroom making it an ideal rental for 2 families or large family group. Lazee Days villa has its own private pool, with extended deck area and covered lanai benefitting from stunning uninterrupted views of the Florida countryside, an ideal place to relax after a busy day at one of the many nearby theme parks. Lazee days villa is located on the gated community of Sunset Ridge, set amongst the beautiful fragrant Orange Groves. On Highway 27 just a mile from junction 55 of Interstate 4 (I4). Offering easy access to all major attractions with Disney only 8 miles, Universal Studios and Sea World only 20 miles away via the 3 lane I4 highway. Orlando international airport is 40 minutes drive. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and award winning Golf Courses close by.

Changeover day
The villa is normally available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. There are no fixed changeover days, we will accommodate you where possible.

Pool heating, if required is £75 per week. The villa is fully air-conditioned, very comfortably furnished and ideally situated in a quiet residential area, close to all attractions and both coasts, making it an ideal location for all ages and interests. Coast/Beach
Going west from our villa, the gulf coast resorts of Clearwater and St. Petersburg ar 75 mins away. Going east the Atlantic Coast resort of Cocoa beach is only 1 hour's drive.
Golf
Southern Dunes and Champions Gate award winning golf courses are a few minutes drive away. There are numerous other good golf courses in the area within a 30 min drive.
Travel
Orlando International (MCO) is 30-40 mins away. Sanford Airport is about an hours drive. Tampa airport along the I4 is also about an hour away by car.

Disney 8 miles. Universal Studios and Sea World 20 miles via the I4. Busch Gardens and Tampa 55 miles. Kennedy space Centre 73 miles. Millennium Mall 23 miles.
Further details
Polk County visitors Centre at entrance to Sunset Ridge. Shops - Publix (supermarket), Walmart (supermarket), Home Depot, Walgeens (chemist) all close by within 10 mins drive. Banks, Sun Trust within 10 min drive on highway 27. Restaurants Bob Evans, Perkins, Italian, Chinese Buffet, Macdonalds, Dennys, Wendys, Cracker Barrel - all around Junction 55 a mile away. Petrol stations several around junction 55.
Booking notes
A non refundable booking deposit of £100 / US$200 per week is required within 10 days of a provisional booking, together with a completed booking form. Balance of the payment, plus a refundable security deposit of £150 / US$300 (per booking) is due no less than 6 weeks before the booking arrival date. Upon receipt of final payment, full access details and entry code, together with directions will be sent. Bookings of 5 days or less will incur a £40 / US$80 cleaning fee.
