Our privately owned condo at Windsor Palms Resort is located on the second floor (UK equivalent of 1st floor) and the 1402sqft affords spacious comfortable living accommodation. When you rent our condo all of the amenities of the resort are available for your use at no additional cost. The facilities include clubhouse, Olympic size heated swimming pool, toddler pool, whirlpool, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, pool tables, video arcade, movie theatre, fitness room, table tennis, children's play area, BBQ picnic area and convenience store. There is a shuttle service available to the theme parks at a nominal cost. For the best of all worlds this is the place to choose to experience new sights and sounds with brand new horizons from the excitement of the theme parks to the sedate pleasures of celebration and Central Florida. Every day is an adventure for all ages and at the end of the day relax in the comfort of your private accommodation.

Accessibility
The condo does not have easy access for those with mobility problems as it is situated on the second floor (UK first floor), there is one flight of wide stairs with handrail in situ. However there is no lift.

Coast/Beach
An hour and a half's drive from both the Atlantic coast and the Gulf of Mexico. The delightful beaches of Clearwater are 50 mins away.
Golf
There are of a number of golf courses within half an hour's drive including Champions Gate and the Disney courses.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is 30-40 minutes away and Sandford Airport is about an hour. Car hire is recommended to take advantage of all the shopping and dining opportunities in the Kissimmee and Orlando area.
Distances
Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot and Animal Kingdom are 10-15 minutes drive. Universal Studios and Sea World are 20-30 minutes drive. Busch Gardens 40 minutes. Cocoa Beach 1 hour and Kennedy Space Centre also 1 hour.
Also worth a visit is The Historic Bok Sanctuary with it's gardens and belltower This offers aesthetic culteral and personal enrichment The singing tower has a 60 bell carillon and within the grounds is an endangered plant garden
Further details
Numerous retail outlets and shopping malls and supermarkets within close proximity. Cinema complex, Virgin Megastore, Planet Hollywood, House of Blues and Cirque de Soleil all situated at Downtown Disney and in the marketplace is the Rainforest Cafe and Pleasure Island all just 15 minutes away.
For first time visitors why not try a Florida style safari at Forever Florida. Check out the many parks such as Wekiwa State Park or DeLeon Springs Sate Park you can swim in the springs and canoe on the rivers. Maybe even see a few alligators in their natural habitat. In winter, go to Blue Spring State Park to see the Manatees. There are many dining attractions if you want genuine Southern soul food try Mama Nerns at 805 South Kirkman Rd; Fried chicken real mac and cheese red velvet cake.
