Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and US Dollars. There is a £50 or $100 dollar security deposit required at time of booking on top of rental price. Refundable when it is confirmed there is no damage to house or pool.
Changeover day
We are flexible with bookings, knowing that flights can be expensive at weekends. If we have nobody coming in on your departure date we are happy to schedule the clean for the day after to allow you to depart at your leisure.

Siesta Key beach is approximately 15 minutes away whilst more remote beaches are situated on Longboay Key, Anna Maria to the North via the Barrier islands and to the South, Nokomis and Caspersen.

There are 10 golf courses within 10 minutes drive and a Golf range 5 minutes away.

Sarasaota airport is 15 minutes away.

Further details
There is a Publix supermarket, bank and restaurants all within 10 minutes drive. A car is essential however to really enjoy this wonderful area.
Sarasota is without doubt a cultural Wonderland with art galleries, ballet, theatres for your enjoyment. Main street with its range of eclectic restauarants as well as Hollywood 20 cinema complex with free parking for patrons. All within 10 minutes drive from your holiday home.
Should you wish to experience Florida at its best you have on hand the Mote Marine Museum where there are touch tanks for the kids to experience sealife at its best. Boat Trips out in the bay where Dolphins swim alongside and you may see a Manatee! But to really experience swimming with Manatees go to Crystal River in October where you can swim with these Magnificent creatures.
The house contains loads of info on what to do and see while here. Airboat rides in Myakka whilst watching alligators in their natural habitat.
Booking notes
£100/$150 per week deposit required at time of booking and final payment 8 weeks before rental is commenced. A security deposit of £50/$100 is required to be returned post rental after inspection. We accept US cheques.
