Luxury villa with private pool, spa and games room. Situated in a beautiful conseravtion area over looking natural lakes in a gated community with private club house nearby. We are on the US 17-92, a short drive to the Disney Parks. 10-15 minutes to the I-4. The pool is south facing. We have two patio tables, 8 chairs and 4 loungers. A gas BBQ is provided for your use. All the bedrooms are en-suite. The Villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. The garage has been turned into a well-equipped games room.

There is a telephone and all local calls are free, we have ceiling fans in the living area, and all bedrooms, there is also free internet access. The villa has a security box for the door keys whilst you are away from the villa, please note, this a none-smoking home, smoking is permitted on the Lania only (there are ashtrays provided).

Accessibility
The Queen bedroom is located on the ground floor, ideal for any one with mobility problems.
Outside
Our private pool is 30x14ft with a raised spa, there are 2 patio tables eight chairs and four sun loungers, so there’s plenty of seats for all. The pool is fully screened and also for your peace of mind there is a safety fence provided to stop the toddlers getting too close to the pool. There is a gas BBQ provided for your use, (ideal for those huge American steaks).
Golf
There are many golf courses in the area. Providence golf course is only a few hundred yards from the Villa, Championsgate is a short drive away.
Travel
The 3 main airports to use are Orlando international, Sanford and Tampa, all close to the villa. It is highly recommended that you hire a car whilst staying at our Villa, there is plenty of parking space on the drive.
Distances
The I-4 is only a few minutes away from Watersong, and is the gateway to all that Orlando has to offer, Disney is about 20 minutes away, Sea World approx 25-30.
Further details
If you are into classic American machines then Old town Kissimmee has it all. Thursday night is Bike night, Friday and Saturday night is Classic Car night, great show.
Booking notes
We will hold a provisional booking for up to seven days, in which time we would ask you to confirm and return to us your booking form and non-refundable deposit of £100 per week. The final balance should be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, along with a cheque for £200 to cover the breakage deposit which will be refunded to you within 30 days of your return home subject to a satisfactory inspection by our Management Company.
