Notes on accommodation
This villa is perfect for all guests, especially with the inside Games Room and the open grassed area to the side. You can watch the children playing whilst you relax by our South Facing pool (not many other villas can offer you this extra pleasure)!
Every bedroom has Cable Tv.
It is fully air-conditioned throughout (a quiet system) not like some air-con units that 'rumble away'.
Why not have a BBQ with your friends and family, we have a large BBQ for you to use any time you want. Then in the evening, go upstairs and watch the Spectacular Disney Fire Works display in the distance from the comfort of the front bedroom window.
Need to keep track of work? We have a desk top computer with High Speed Internet access for you to use.
Bookings permitting, we can also arange for the villa next door to be made available (also 5 bedroom, South facing pool). Why holiday with friends & family and stay miles apart when you could be only 30ft, Ideal for your BBQ's between the 2 pools!

Outside
Our private pool is approx. 32 x 15ft, South Facing (heated if req'd) with a large patio/deck space ensuring that when the sun shines, it's always on our pool! For the guests that prefer the shade, we have an area with 2 sets of patio tables and chairs seating 12 (perfect for 'alfresco' dining). The pool area is totally covered with a fine mesh screen to ensure that the insects (and mossies) don't bother you, but at the same time it still lets all that Florida sun in. The BBQ cooking area is located just outside this screen.
Coast/Beach
Orlando is central to both the East and West coasts of Florida, they are both about an hours drive away as is the coast line around Tampa.
Golf
Champions Gate, Reunion and Celebration Golf courses are situated only 10 minutes away to the South. Windsor Palms Golf Resort is only 5 minutes (walk) away and a host of courses are within 15 minutes drive.
Skiing
The closest place for skiing has to be Disney's Blizzard Beach (it's only make believe really)!
Travel
The nearest airport to Kissimmee is Orlando International (MCO) which is approximately 20/25 minutes away to the East.
Sanford airport is approximately 50 minutes drive (North East) and Tampa airport is about 45/50 minutes to the South.
The use of a car is recommended, but a bus service is available to the majority of locations especially the Theme parks. Taxi's are also readily available.

There is a large shopping centre only minutes away, with a couple of supermarkets, banks, medical center, ice cream parlour, TGI Fridays, Outback steak houses, a mexican take away, chinese, etc. Then, you've got the delights of the 192 with a great range of restaurants, shops, mini golf and caberet shows.
Booking notes
A deposit of £120 per week is required to secure your booking, with the total amount to be paid no later than 60 days prior to the dates booked.
Cancellations will lose a deposit, unless cancelled more than 120 days prior to dates booked then all monies payed will be returned minus an admin charge of £25.
Cancellations of less than 60 days will lose all money paid. Please ensure you are covered with travel insurance, so that in the event of cancellations you have adequate cover.
