Our house is situated in a quiet, peaceful upmarket residential area of Sarasota. The house is set on 1/3 acre corner plot surrounded by lush tropical gardens and large oaks and palms. Our south facing pool is totally private and is south facing so gets the sun from morning until early evening. Siesta Key Beach consistently voted best in the USA is a 6 minute drive away. There are many more beaches within a 10/15 minute drive.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen includes, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster.Also very well stocked with all crockery, utensils and glassware. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge and dining area, ideal for entertaining. |
| Utility Room: | Washer and dryer with loads of storage space. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is beautifully furninshed with 2 sofas, TV, DVD player. The lounge has large sliding doors onto the pool area and is open plan to the kitchen and dining area. |
| Other: | The dining area overlooks the pool and has sliding doors onto the pool area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels (inc beach towels) and linens are provided. Cleaning takes place after departure, but can be provided for long stays if required at an additional cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Our house is ideal for children and elderly people as the house is 1 level. The pool has steps leading into the shallow end for easy access for young and old. The surrounding area is perfect as there are wide footpaths (not common in Sarasota)
and ideal for walking or bike rides (there are pushbikes supplied).
The pool man and gardener come weekly so everything is kept in order.

The house is on one level and the surrounding area is flat.
Outside
The house sits on a large corner plot surrounded by tropical plantation front, side and back.
The pool area is south facing so gets the sun from morning until evening. The pool are is large and is totally private with loads of space for sunloungers. There is a lovely outside dining area beside the pool which is under a large lanai, ideal for if you want to get out of the sun but not sit indoors.
There is a triple garage and the drive fits 4 cars.
Coast/Beach
Siesta Key Beach consistently voted best in the USA is a 6 minute drive away. There are many more beaches within a 10/15 minute drive.

There are over 35 local golf courses and we are situated next door to Sarasota Country Club.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and the remaining balance due 8 weeks before departure. A £200 security deposit is required and will be returned upon management approval that the house has been left in a satisfactory manner. Any excessive use of water or electricity will also be deducted from this deposit. An £80 cleaning fee is payable. Please email for further pictures.
