Sandena is located 9 miles from Walt Disney World. It is in a quiet location (with miles of protected habitat at the end of the street) This safe gated community also boasts a children's play area and tennis courts a short walk from the house. Highgate benefits from backing onto a conversation area. With great shop and eateries close by you will soon feel at home. The lounge and master bedroom both open onto the south facing pool area complete with spa and child safety fence. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, perfect for relaxing with a drink after the children have gone to sleep. There is a poolside toilet and wash basin and shower. There is also a shaded area with ceiling fan for extra comfort.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Winter let price available on request. Pool heat is £65 week. A 12% local tax will be applied to the booking. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required on all booking.
Changeover day
We accept bookings any day of the week, which can help with your flight plans. The villa is available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival, check out is 10am on the day of departure.

Bedding, bath towels, table linen and tea towels are provided. The villa will have been cleaned prior to your stay and will be cleaned again on your departure. Midstay cleans can be arranged for an extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The property has an alarm system which will be deactivated prior to your arrival. The key will be placed in a lock box near the front door and you will be provided with the code prior to your departure. Our local agents will be on hand if you require assistance during your stay, and we request you pop by once you have settled in. The AC unit is set by our agents, as is the pool heat (pool heat is an additional charge).

Outside
The 28 foot private pool/spa area is for our guests enjoyment only. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. The large decking area has 4 sun loungers and 4 chairs and table. There is a removable child safety fence as per state law, and poolside WC and basin and shower.
Coast/Beach
You will be only 5 mins away from Interstate 4 which will whisk you to the beautiful beaches off the Gulf Coast, the famous Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre, all within an hour of your vacation home.
Golf
Championship golf course are all around you, such as Southern Dunes, Orange Lake and Highlands Reserve. The Prestigious Championsgate with 2 Greg Norman designed courses are only 10-15 mins away.
Travel
Orlando's International Airport is 45 mins away, Sanford Airport and Tampa are about 1 hour away. All these airports have the major rental car providers.
Distances
Bush Gardens is an hour away, with Disney 8-10 mins, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Downtown Disney, Florida Mall, Medieval Times, the list goes on are all within 30 mins.
Further details
The nearest supermarket is Publix (turn right on Highway 27 and you will see it on the right). They will have all the goodies you will want to kick your holiday off to a great start. They have a super Walmart in the opposite direction which will hold all you will ever need from food to TVs and that all important extra bag or two for the return journey!
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week payable at the time of booking, with the balance 4 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit is also required of £250 which will be refunded to you on your return (approx 14 days), when we have confirmed no excessive cleaning or damage.
