Built in 2006 and professionally decorated, our villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as our own. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD. Tiled floors throughout open areas. Living room seats 8 with large 42inch LCD TV and DVD. Dining room seats 8 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook seating 4-6. Separate study/TV room with writing desk, sofabed, TV and DVD with full en suite bath. Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and board. Games room with pool table, football, air hockey table, Playstation 2, game boards and toys. Gorgeous south facing pool and spa with pool toys, loungers, table and chairs. Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, 1 mile south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 mins of everyone's favourite theme park, Walt Disney. Rental rates include 13% Florida tax. Post stay cleaning fee $95 applied to all bookings. Pool and spa heating is optional but recommended between November - April at additional cost of $150 per week or $25 per day. Special all inclusive rate is also available.

Fun zone for the kids and you too! Your children (and you too) will enjoy all the entertainment that our home offers. When you are not visiting the parks, and when you can extract the kids from the pool long enough, there is a fully air conditioned games room with pool, football and air hockey tables. A selection of video games for the PlayStation 2 game consoles, game boards, children DVDs, toys, television with cable and DVD in every room, so they won't miss their favorite cartoon or show. We also cater to the little ones, by providing a travel cot/playpen, highchair, stroller, toddler's booster seat, a set of dishes for boy and girl. For their safety, there is a protective mesh pool fence, providing a barrier to the pool.
If you need to keep in touch with the office, there is an office/study room with desk, chair and free wireless internet.
Outside
Gorgeous south facing pool and spa overlooks tranquil conservation area. Wine, dine and relax out on the lanai or lounge by the pool. Upgraded outdoor furniture, loungers and pool toys.

Golf: public golf courses very near the home, within 2-5 minute drive: Polo Park East, Highland Reserve Golf Club, ChampionsGate Golf Resort, Falconfire and Orange Lake Country Club.
Distances
Tuscan Hills is conveniently located on Highway 27, 1 mile south of the junction with US 192 West and within 10-15 minutes of everyone's favorite theme park, Walt Disney World. Restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets and service stations are all located very close to our community. A 24 hour Walmart SuperCenter is just 4 minutes north on US 27.
Orlando Int'l Airport 40 minutes, Sea World 30 mins, Universal Studios 35 mins, Florida Mall 30 minutes, Millenia Mall 35 minutes.
Booking notes
-Reservation/Damage Deposit of USD 350.00/GBP230.00 must be received within three (3) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, subject to post stay inspection by property managers, and as per our Rental Agreement.
-Rental Payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival and we accept PayPal and bank wires payments.
