Quiet end of cul-de-sac location. Stunning, no-smoking house. Large wraparound pool deck with summer kitchen. Oversized with children's equipment. Main living has 56" TV with cable, DVD, video. TVs in all bedrooms with children rooms having DVD or Playstation. Second lounge has music centre. Separate dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with every conceivably required item. Eat in kitchen. All linens and towels are provided. Childrens cot, stroller, highchair provided. Just a few steps from the fishing pier and the community pool and play park. Sunset Lakes is approx.1 mile from Formosa Plaza where you will find many restaurants including Outback, Red Lobster, Chinese, Italian and even a sushi bar. Also new crazy golf course. All other attractions the area has to offer are within easy driving distance with both the Gulf and Atlantic beaches being within 1 hour. New flooring has been laid throughout the house in 2007. New pool deck furniture and king bed in upstairs master suite.

| Bedrooms: | The house has 2 master suites. 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs. Both have King beds.The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds which have been themed for children. |
| Bathrooms: | There are 3 bathrooms to the house. Each of the masters have a very large en suite bathroom with oversized tub, walk in shower and 2 hand basins. The third bathroom is shared between the 2 twin rooms. There is also a downstairs half bathroom. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and anything you can wish for. Full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils provided. The breakfast room seats 6. |
| Utility Room: | There is a separate utility room with large washer and dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The main lounge has a suite of two 2-seater settees and one 3-seater along with TV and occasional tables. It has a cathedral ceiling which makes it very light and airy. The second living area has 3-seater, 2-seater and a chair. The dining room seats 6. |
| Other: | A games room with pool table, air hockey, football and numerous other games for your entertainment. There is an extensive video library, DVDs and a book library. High speed WiFi is provided. All local calls from the house are free. |

Accessibility
The house is located just off the 192 road with all its numerous shops and restaurants yet is peacefuly located in a private gated commuity. Orlando International Airport is approx 20 minutes. Disney parks approx 3 miles.
Outside
The house because of its position on the cul-de-sac is unique in that it has avery large wrap around pool deck facing both South and East. Sunrise is spectacular from the pool deck. Outside the covered lanai we have tropical landscaped gardens. The proximity of the house to the fishing pier is ideal for the fishermen among you. No licence to fish is required for this private lake. Pool heat is provided free of charge from October to April.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of both the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast are approx. 1 hours drive in either direction.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity including Orange Lake which boasts 3 championship golf courses just about 1 mile away. Also Falcons Fire.
Special interest holidays
The house will suit people who like action packed holidays at the theme parks as the house is near enough for you to return home in the afternoons for a well earned rest and return in the evening. Also the quiet position of the house in the gated community will suit those of you who prefer something a little less hectic.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is approx 20 minutes.

Everything the area has to offer is within easy distance.
Further details
The major supermarkets, Publix and Wal Mart can be found within a few minutes driving distance as can numerous shops and restaurants (too many to mention).

A deposit of $200 (£100) is required for each week booked.
The house can be booked for any period from 4 days up.
The balance of payent is then due 8 weeks before your holiday.
