Legacy Dream is a spacious, light and airy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa which has been furnished to a luxurious standard. The villa has 2 reception rooms and is great for family groups, sleeping up to 8 people plus 2 infants under 3 (cots can be hired on request). The Villa has a private pool and spa, which can be heated (at an extra charge), and the extended decking, which catches the sun all day in the summer, has ample patio furniture. We provide free internet access for our guests who wish to bring their own laptops. Legacy Dream is situated on the new development of Legacy Park which is just 15 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World Resort and within easy access to all the other major attractions and golf courses. The I-4 is just 10 minutes away giving easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bars and petrol stations are nearby while the prestigious Champions Gate Golf Complex is just 10 minutes away.

Notes on prices
Prices quoted are the for the rental of the Villa per week, not per person, and include all local taxes. There will be a extra charge of £80 per week for electric pool heating.
Changeover day
We accept bookings commencing any day of the week, which can help when organising flights as they can be more expensive at weekends. The Villa will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

All linen and towels are provided, including towels for use by the pool. The villa will have been cleaned throughout before your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure but mid-stay cleans can be arranged for an extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is air conditioned throughout and there are ceiling fans in every room. Smoke detectors, emergency lighting and a fire extinguisher are installed for guests safety. Free local calls and free internet use for our guests who wish to bring their own laptops. Our villa is non-smoking throughout and we do not allow pets.

Outside
The villa has a 28ft private pool and spa which can be heated at an additional cost. The extended decking area measures 24ft x 40ft and has 4 sun loungers, 4 chairs, a table and parasol. There is a removable safety fence, in accordance with Florida State Law, for reassurance if there are young children playing outside.
Coast/Beach
Legacy Park is 10 mins away from the Interstate 4 from which there is easy access (within an hour) to either the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast, or the 'Space Coast' for Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.
Golf
Championship Golf Courses such as Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Orange Lake are close by and 10 minutes away is the prestigious Champions Gate (with 2 Greg Norman designed courses) and the exclusive Championship Golf Course of Reunion
Travel
Orlando International airport is about 45 mins away. Sanford Airport is about 1 hour away. Car hire will be essential.

Further details
Fishing and outdoor activities are 30 mins away at the Lake Louisa State Park. Nearest supermarket is Publix which is half a mile away in a shopping mall which also has a Pizzeria, Chinese Takeaway, Indian Takeaway, Applebees restaurant and a bar. There is a large Walmart 2 miles away which sells everything from food to car parts!
Booking notes
Deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. With the final balance there is also a security deposit required of £250 which will be refunded on your return (usually within 14 days) when we have confirmation of no excessive cleaning or damage.
