This fully air-conditioned townhouse was completed in December 2003 and is located adjacent to the pool complex in the Regal Palms Resort development. The property has one king bedded master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV, a further queen bedded room with en-suite bathroom and TV and a twin bedded room with en-suite bathroom. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dining utensils including plates, bowls, cups and glasses, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Bath, pool and hand towels, toilet tissue and garbage bags are all provided with a daily pick-up of garbage from the house. The utility room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, mop, broom, dustpan and vacuum cleaner.
