Coral Cay Resort, Kissimmee is a newly built gated community with 156 townhomes built around a landscaped lake. The house is fitted with luxury in mind and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. There is air conditioning fitted throughout, cable TV, Internet access and free local telephone calls. After a great day at the many attractions Orlando has to offer, relax in the private hot-tub while the kids play in the games room. The clubhouse is a great safe place for a relaxing day at the pool, for the kids to watch a movie or play arcade games. The resort is only an 8 minute (6 mile) drive from Disney World. Located between markers 14-15 on the interstate 192 you are minutes from a super Walmart, shopping centres, restaurants, basically anything you need.

Accessibility
Ground floor level double bedroom and bathroom can be used for guests who have difficulity with mobility. Bathroom not sized for wheelchair use.

Club House is for the exclusive use of residents and has a large swimming pool and separate enclosed children's pool. Jacuzzi, sunbeds, toilets facilities, snack bar, reading lounge, Movie Theater, large games room and safe playground for younger children.
The community is gated with 24 hour security and the entrance will be graced by extensive landscaping, as will all the boulevards and park areas. The community is surrounded by lush landscaping and complimented in a style that is understated and elegant. Also surrounding this resort is a safe running track, workout stations, additional playgrounds, volleyball/football pitch.
Golf
Orlando has so many golf courses available, most with club hire and access for a single player to join a group. Green fees with club hire range from $75 - $200.

I wanted to drop you a short note of thanks to you both for the use of your beautiful home at Coral Cay. It was a fantastic and relaxing retreat from the mayhem of the Nick Hotel. (Although our 7 year old grandson may not entirely agree) We probably did not make it clear that we have holidayed in Florida on more than 10 occasions and your house was among the most comfortable and best located accommodation we have had.
