This fantastic 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is excellently situated just 2 miles from Disney and less than 1 mile from Highway 192 with all its shops and restaurants. It has a pool, spa and games room with high speed internet access for those taking laptops. All rooms have cable TV with either a DVD player or VCR.

| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It is open plan and includes a breakfast bar and informal dining area. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The comfortable lounge has a 51" big screen TV, DVD player and stereo. Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining area. |
| Other: | The games room has a full sized slate bed pool table, 7' air hockey table, electronic dartboard and PS2. You will also find a selection of board games, toys and books. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned and has a monitored security alarm fitted. All doors leading to the pool area have warning alarms fitted in accordance with Florida state law. In addition we also have a security fence between the lanai and pool/spa area for extra child safety.
For infants the villa also has a crib, highchair and stroller.

Accessibility
The villa is all on ground level.
Outside
Outside the private pool and spa are screen and overlook a lake. Sun loungers are provided and table and chairs for al fresco dining. Pool and spa heat is available.
Coast/Beach
Orlando is situated in the middle of Florida and is an hour's drive to either the west and the Gulf Coast with its warm waters or to east and the Atlantic and the space coast.
Golf
Within 1 mile of the villa are several golf courses including a PGA championship course.
Travel
The 2 main airports serving the Disney Area are Orlando International which is 20 minute away and Sanford International airport which is 50 minutes away.
Distances
The villa is close to all the major theme parks. Disney is just 2 miles, a few minutes away, Seaworld about 15 minutes and Universal studios is about 20 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Tampa are about an hour away.
There are several main shopping areas from a few minutes to 20 minutes away.

To book a £200 reservation fee is require. The final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure along with a refundable £200 security bond.
