Clarinda House is a beautifully furnished detached single storey villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It provides an open plan layout with 2 reception rooms which enables you to relax after a busy day at the parks. A Playstation with a variety of games is also provide in one of the reception rooms for the children to amuse themselves if they get too hot by the pool or are bored. It is fully air conditioned throughout. The property is equipped with cable TV in all bedrooms and also has high speed internet access with free calls to the UK and USA. Clarinda House also consists of a furnished games room, a good size pool and spa with a large lania, furnished with loungers for the sun worshippers.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The rates are based independent of the number of guests (up to a maximum of 12) however discounts may be available for longer term rentals. Any additional nights will be charged at a standard daily rate. An additional charge will be made if you require pool heating, this should be requested at time of booking. There are no additional charges for the use of any of the facilities i.e. cot/highchair/safe. 10% discount for 'early bird' bookings.
Changeover day
The preferred changover day is Saturday AM, however should this not meet with your requirements we are always happy to discuss and hopefully come to a satisfactory arrangement.

Outside
Gardens to front of property. To rear of villa you will find a large spacious decking area to good size private pool with spa. Fully screened with covered porch, lighting to pool and surrounding area. Patio furniture including table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue are supplied for your relaxation. Pool heating is available at an additional cost and should be requested at time of booking.
There is also a community pool at the Manors in Westridge 2 minutes stroll from the villa which consists of reception rooms, gym and large pool, which is available if you want to mix with other holiday makers.
Coast/Beach
Its about an hour to the beaches on the Gulf coast at Tampa, about an hour and a half to Clearwater, Petersburg. it's also about an hour and a half to the Atlantic coast beaches, Cape Canaveral and Daytona etc.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area, the nearest being Hig Reserve about 2-3 mins drive.
Travel
The main airport for this region of Florida is Orlando International which is approx 35 miles from the villa. However many tour operators fly to the alternative airport of Orlando Sanford which is approx 30 -35 minutes north of Orlando International airport. Both airport are well signposted and are very friendly for the tourist using hire cars facilities.
The villa is about 12 mins drive from Disney and is also very close to many of the other attractions such as Universal
etc.
Distances
Minutes to nearest grocery shops and take out restaurants. 5 -10 minutes to local pubs/restaurants and 24 hour Walmart.

To enquire about renting the villa please check the availabiliy chart. Bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail direct to the owner. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, along with a security deposit which is refundable after your holiday. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
