Fort Myers 45 minutes, Naples 1 hour, Sarasota 35 minutes.

Communal gas BBQ at poolside, can be used by arrangement with Linkside management. Pool is communal, heated and enclosed for safety reasons. Suitable for children if accompanied by adults. Condo lanai has 2 sun loungers/recliners, plus glass table/chairs for 4 people to dine outside.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches are at Englewood and Venice, approx 15/20 minutes' drive away. Sandy beaches, all with shower and toilet facilities, most with picnic and BBQ areas.
Golf
Sabal Trace Golf Course, 18-hole, clubhouse, 5 mins walk. Nearby Heron Creek Golf Course (5 mins drive), Bobcat Trail Golf Course (10 mins drive).
Travel
Fort Myers International airport, approx 45 mins drive away. Tampa International airport approx 90 mins drive away. Orlando International airport approx 3 hours' drive away. Car hire is essential for the entire duration of the stay. Several good fly/drive offers available.
Distances
20 mins drive to Venice, pretty town centre, theatre, good restaurants and beaches. 40 mins drive to Sarasota, excellent shopping malls, antique shops, and theatre, the Ringling House and Circus Museum and St. Armand's Circle. 45 minutes' drive away. Thomas Edison Museum in Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Approx 1 hour drive to Naples, with its beautiful town centre, superb shopping and dining and theatre. The Everglades approx. 2 hours' drive. Orlando 3 hours drive.

Booking notes
Minimum rental period of four weeks - this is a Linkside Condominium Association rule. A deposit of US$600 is required to secure booking. Balance of rental due one month before date of occupancy. Security deposit of US$600 (for breakages or damage) required at start of rental - deposit refundable at end of tenancy if no damages incurred. Utilities cap of US$50 respectively for electricity and water, usage over this amount for renter's account.
