The upstairs beds are arranged as 2 x twins and 2 x doubles all beds are equipped with flat screen TVs, DVDs, Radio CD MP3 alarms.

$125 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.
13% Florida sales tax to be added.
$35 a day pool heating charge if required.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted out out with everything you may need, there is also a separate utility area. Fridge/freezer with water and ice. Cooker and hob. Microwave. Dishwasher. Waste disposal. Kitchen is finished in stainless steel with granite worktop. |

Travel
Orlando International Airport is 30 mins transfer. Tampa International Airport is 45 mins transfer. Car hire is recommended as with all Orlando resorts there is much to see and do. This is easily arranged at both airports or with any of the major hire companies on line. Full travel is available on request.
