Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival time 4pm, Departure time 10am. These times can be adjusted subject to arrangement with the owner.

Set in Gardens, our extended private swimming pool, 28'x14', and deck is southwest facing with in-pool seating, screened pool cage to keep the mosquitoes out, covered patio/lanai, gas BBQ, pool and outdoor lighting. Patio Furniture comprising rectangular glass topped patio table on lanai providing 'alfresco' dining for 6. Also round resin patio table with umbrella and seating for 4, 4 cushioned sun loungers with side tables. There is also a pool alarm for your safety.
Coast/Beach
Only 1 hours drive to the fantastic Gulf or Atlantic coastlines with their balmy ocean breezes, warm turquoise waters and white sandy beaches.

Minimum deposit of 20% or £200 required together with completed booking form to secure. Balance payable 60 days prior to date of arrival.
