Welcome to our luxury villa on the High Grove development. Situated on a large corner plot with a southwest screened pool and spa, enjoying many hours of sunshine. There is a spacious lanai for relaxed alfresco dining and four poolside sun loungers. This two storey villa has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, air-conditioned and mainly carpeted throughout. There are two separate lounges for you to relax after a busy day at the theme parks with all the comforts of home including cable TV and free Wi-Fi internet access. Our kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. This gated community is just 10 minutes drive from Disney and is located on Highway 27 near to the junction of the 192. There are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets (Walmart-24 hours) close by. There are also a variety of good golf courses in the vicinity. Visitors to our home may also take advantage of the large Club House swimming pool, games room and fitness area.

Notes on accommodation
Our villa is fully air-conditioned/heated and our Management Company are local and easily accessed if required. We have a small portable crib and a high chair free of charge for your use. Our large beautifully furnished villa is in a quiet location within a gated community and yet is ideally situated only 10 minutes from Disney. Only a short drive away you have a selection of supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities.

Outside
Outside is a private screened south west facing pool and spa (with optional heating) backing onto a communal grassed area. A paved deck surrounds the pool with four sun loungers for relaxation. A lanai with a patio table and six chairs is ideal for alfresco drinking and dining. Outside lighting and underwater pool lighting means that this area can be enjoyed in the day and during the evening after a busy day at the theme parks. Alarmed patio doors will also prevent small children from wandering outside unsupervised. A double garage is also available for your convenience.
Coast/Beach
From the villa you can drive to the beaches on the Atlantic coast to the east (ideal for surfing enthusiasts), or to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico (with its white sands and warmer seas) to the west.
Driving times approximately: Cocoa Beach (East) - 90 minutes, Daytona Beach (East) - 80 minutes, Clearwater (West) - 90 minutes, St. Petersburg (West) - 90 minutes.
Golf
Our villa is only minutes away from many championship golf courses, including Champions Gate which is just a short drive away. Further details of golf courses are available at the villa for your reference.
Travel
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a 35/40 minute drive away. Sanford Airport is 60 minutes. Tampa International Airport is 80 minutes. Car hire is strongly recommended.

Cagans Cossing is a new development within walking distance of High Grove and has a variety of new restaurants and shops opening for September 2007.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £200 will secure your booking. The full balance is required 8 weeks before the arrival date. A security deposit of £200 is also required and will be refunded to you within 3 weeks of your return after our villa has been inspected by our Management Company.
