Come, relax and unwind in our spacious apartment, which is situated in the beautiful waterfront resort of Anglers Cove right next door to the Marco River Marina. Our top floor unit, close to the elevator, has a prefect view of the swimming pool, decking, tennis court and the bay. Our unit is beautifully decorated, has a new fully equipped kitchen, new cabinets, granite countertop, dishwasher and refrigerator. Living/dining area recently refurnished, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, radio. The large bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV. The bathroom is newly remodelled. Screened balcony with table and chairs overlooks the pool/jacuzzi area. Play tennis or swim in the 2 pools, relax in the 3 jacuzzis, and then watch the sunset at the Tiki bar and restaurant located dockside. If interested in renting a boat or bicycle, they are available next door. You can charter a fishing boat right on the premises. Why stay in a hotel room, when for half the cost, you can stay here!

Changeover day
Normal changeover is Saturday, but during summer months the changeover day is flexible. Arrival after 3pm and departure before 10am. After hours key pick up on the Island for late arrivals.

The resort have two large heated swimming pools with three jacuzzi's, tennis courts and waterfront Tiki bar/cafe.
Coast/Beach
Marco Island's four mile crescent beach of pristine white powdery sand is just a few minutes drive from our apartment. Turtles nest here in the summer months and you can enjoy swimming, shelling, dolphin spotting, bird watching and spectacular sunsets.
Golf
There are nearby many championship rated golf courses (approx. 15 miles away).
Travel
Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers) is 45 minutes away. Miami International Airport is just over two hours away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Visit the nearby City of Naples only 20 minutes away. Visit the Zoo and Gardens in Naples. Take an airboat ride and see wild alligators in the nearby Everglades National park. Take a short trip to Key West, only 3-1/2 hours by ocean shuttle and 1/2 hour by plane. The Key West high-speed shuttle departs next door to the Anglers Cove complex during high season. Try your luck in an Off Island casino or the Big 'M' casino boat out of Ft. Myers.

Marco Island is located on the tip of Southwest Florida, just 16 miles south of Naples, connected to the mainland by two road bridges (no tolls to pay!). You'll find over four miles of pristine white sand beaches, a paradise for boaters, fishermen and beach-lovers and home to an abundance of wildlife: dolphins, manatees, bald eagles, ospreys and pelicans and a wide range of shore birds. Charter boat fishing (deep sea or backwater) and private boat rentals are just next door to the Anglers Cove complex. Sunset catamaran cruises and dinner cruises also depart just next door to condo complex. The catamaran cruise serves drinks and stops off at islands to allow people to go shelling. There are nearby championship rated golf courses. Enjoy swimming, windsurfing, parasailing, water skiing, kayaking, wave runners, canoeing and more.

$200 security deposit is required at time of booking with balance payable six weeks before your stay. We accept Credit Cards (PayPal) a processing fee applies. No administration fees or cleaning fees.

About the owner
Dorothy and I came to Marco Island 20 years ago on a holiday, after we crossed the “SS Jolley Bridge” we were hooked on Marco Island. The most beautiful well kept beaches in Southwest Florida, the small city feeling, the people and the relaxed atmosphere and the subtropical weather with lots of sunshine. We built our residence and starting living here full time in 2000. Knowing a lot about rental properties from up north (New York area), we brought our first rental villa in 2003 and brought 2 one bedroom condo’s two years later. We are not a large rental company, we personally operate our rental units which are meticulous maintained, cleaned and are personally supervised by us, the owners.

We love Marco Island because of the fantastic location. The island has the most beautiful 6 mile crescent beach and there are over 80 restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The Marco Island and the Everglades area is easily accessible with Ft. Myers International Airport less than an hours drive away.

The property is just 300 steps walking from Tigertail Beach. We provide beach towels and umbrellas so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of many public golf courses just off the island. If you are looking to eat at home there are 3 large supermarkets, many small deli's and may restaurants can provide delicious evening meals at reasonable prices.
