Regal Palms is situated next to a small complex of shops and restaurants including Applebee's, Quiznos and a superb Publix supermarket. Our end town home is the largest design on the resort and is just 350 yards from the resort complex, it is extremely spacious and comfortably accommodates 8 people.

Changeover day
Times of Occupation:
Bookings can be made from any day of the week and for any length of time. The house will be ready from 4pm on your first day of rental and you must vacate no later than 11.00am on your last day rental.

All towels and bed linen provided. Complimentary towels are provided at the pool. Rates include cleaning at the end of your stay only. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a resort fee of $10 per night for the house (not per person) paid locally to Regal Palms. Cots and high chairs are available for rent. Shuttle buses are provided to theme parks from resort. Sorry no smoking and no pets.

Accessibility
The ground floor bedroom with en suite is ideal for anyone with mobility problems also, the house is situated close to the pool complex.
Outside
Guests have unlimited access to the new on site private club and leisure facilities which are strictly controlled by electronic key access and are not open to the public. The private gardens feature a 2 acre tropical pool complex with lazy river, waterfalls, water slide and children's play area. Facilities include gym with running and weight machines, spa with steam room, sauna and beauty facilities, there is a restaurant, sports bar with live entertainment, business centre for internet access and games room. 24- hour check-in and maintenance facilities are provided.
Coast/Beach
Our house is in Orlando area and the coast is just over one hours drive away.
Golf
Regal Palms is located adjacent to the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course. This is a 72 par championship course with extremely challenging greens. The course offers remarkable scenery and challenging fun for all levels of golfers.
Travel
Regal Palms is just 20 miles from Orlando International airport.
Distances
Drive times: Disneyworld (15 mins), Sea World (20 mins), Universal Studios (25 mins), International Drive (20 mins), Highlands Reserve Golf Course (1 minute).
