Calabay Parc is a small, immaculately maintained development of executive villas, situated just off Highway 27 and within easy reach of all the main attractions. The busy 192 area with all its shops and restaurants is a short drive away, as is the I-4 giving access to all of Orlando. Shallow ramps provide easy wheelchair access and our first master bath has a level access shower with grab rails, accessible basin and grab rail beside the toilet. Our pool has a hoist as well as a handrail and even the kitchen sink is accessible. A monitered alarm system and personal safe are provided for your security, and our PC with broadband internet access and Skype will enable you to keep in touch with the folks back home.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Bookings of 3 consecutive weeks or more will receive a discount of 10%.
Repeat bookings receive a discount of 5%.
Changeover day
We do not have a fixed changeover day as we are aware that midweek flights are often cheaper and less crowded than weekend flights. Check in time 4pm, checkout time 10am, unless arranged otherwise.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Our 1st master suite has a king size bed and direct access to the pool deck. Our 2nd master suite is a queen size, also with pool access. We have a Disney twin, and bedroom 4 has a full size double bed. All the bedrooms have televisions and DVD players. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to the king master has a level access shower with grab rails, vanity with twin basins, one wheelchair accessible, and toilet with grab rails. Queen en-suite with shower, basin and toilet. Bathroom 3 has bath with shower over, basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker with hob and built-in microwave oven. Large American fridge with freezer and ice maker. Coffee machine, toaster, blender and dishwasher. Table and chairs, breakfast bar and stools. PC with broadband internet access and Skype. |
| Utility Room: | Twin tub washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Alarm control panel, access to double garage. |
| Living Rooms: | Our lounge overlooks the pool deck and is furnished with comfortable chairs and settees, the largest of which converts to a double sofabed. Television and DVD player provided. |
| Other: | The den has a double sofabed, television, DVD player and a PlayStation 2 console. Our games room with pool table, air hockey and electronic darts is new for 2008. |

All linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided. The villa will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and our management company can provide additional cleans during your stay if required. |

Accessibility
Our villa was purpose built for the previous owner, who is a wheelchair user. There are shallow ramps to the front door and from the 1st master suite to the pool deck. The 1st master bathroom has a level access shower with grab rails, an accessible basin and grab rails beside the toilet. Our pool has a hand rail and a hydraulic hoist to assist access into the pool. We have 2 shower chairs, one is a commode/shower chair on wheels, the other is a height adjustable plastic chair.
Outside
Private swimming pool which can be heated on request. A table and chairs for al fresco dinning. 6 cushioned sun loungers, 4 of which are 19 inches high to facilitate easier transfer from a wheelchair. The plants either side of the pool deck provide additional privacy and we are not overlooked from the rear as our villa backs onto woodland. Our management company can provide a grill/barbecue for use on the lawn if requested.
Coast/Beach
Gulf of Mexico and Tampa/Clearwater beaches 90 minutes West. Daytona beach 90 minutes East.
Golf
Orlando is famous for its abundance of championship golf courses and there are several within a few minutes drive of the villa. Our nearest is at Highlands Reserve, only 5 minutes away.
Travel
Our nearest airport is Orlando International (MCO) which is 30- 45 minutes by car. Sanford International airport is 1 hour by car. A car is essential in Orlando.
Distances
All the major attractions are within easy reach of the villa.
20 minutes to Disney World, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM studios and Animal Kingdom. 20 minutes to Seaworld and Discovery Cove.
Kennedy space centre 90 minutes East.
Further details
We have a supermarket, restaurants, a bank, shops and bars within 5 minutes drive.
Convenient for I-4 and the Florida turnpike.
Booking notes
A deposit of £150 for each week of the holiday is required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday, to gether with a security deposit of £250.
