Notes on accommodation
This location is ideal for holidaymakers who are looking for somewhere special and close by all the amenities. It is air conditioned and very spacious. There is lots to do on site, and within a short 7 mins drive you can be on wonderful Siesta Key beach. The huge shopping mall around the corner is fantastic. Everything you need for a great holiday is here. You can drive up to the villa in your car, open the auto garage door, close it behind you, without getting out. This is great for peace of mind and also useful when the weather is not so great.

Accessibility
The accommodation is on 1 floor. Its a very easy site and accommodation for people who cannot get about easily.
Outside
On-site small lake with clear water to see the fish etc, Lots of bird life to see, wonderful walks in the gardens, on site barbecue/picnic area and fountains. Large shared pool with sun beds and heated Jacuzzi. Clubhouse with pool table, ping pong, and small library. 2 floodlit tennis courts. The site is great for jogging and it takes about 6 minutes to make one circuit, just enough to keep you fit!
Coast/Beach
3 miles to Siesta Key beach, which is one of the safest and most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast with pure white sand and crystal clear seas. For nature lovers there is Turtle beach that has protected areas especially for bird watching. Sarasota also has lots of inland waterways where there are sailing/fishing/water skiing etc.
Golf
Sarasota is full of golf courses all within 10 mins drive of the property. Just try Sarasota golf in a search engine and you will see alots of course. We have several guests who come just for the golf.
Travel
Tampa airport is 55 mins. (Direct flights from London). Sarasota airport is 20 mins. Orlando airports are 2 hours by motorway. Miami is 3.5 hours, via Aligator Alley. Fantastic journey.
Distances
Disney is 100 mins away. Easily travelled by car.
Tampa Busch gardens is 45 mins drive.
Naples, Fort Myers, and Venice are under an hour's drive away.
Its easy to find from the main highways, and well worth the effort.

If you are planning to go to Florida for a week of Disney and a week at the beach to relax, this is the ideal location.
We have 2 villas adjacent to each other, so a large family of up to 12 could stay here and hire a minibus to get around.
You have the choice of total relaxation or exploring the many attractions in Sarasota and the surrounding area.
Our representative will meet you at the villa shortly after your arrival and make sure everything is OK.
Payment can be made by cheque or postal/money order in £sterling, $US Dollars, or Euros.
Sarasota is ideal to make your base for discovering the gulf coast, and our villas are ideal for making your base in Sarasota.
The beauty of this location is that you can find enough to do on site and within walking distance of the local amenities or if you have a car you can get to all the gulf coast beaches and villages or even the Disney theme parks in 90 minutes.

"Hi Eddie and Wendy! This is the firsy chance I've had to sit and e- mail you since we came back. We had an absolutely amazing time at Siesta Key. The villa was really lovely and very central for the beach, shopping, eating out and travelling around. It was very peaceful, clean and all the instructions were clear and easy to manage. The pool was brilliant, much to the delight of the kids, and being so close to all other amenities also gave us lots to be getting on with. The boys went to see Tampa Bay Rays at the Tropicana Stadium and we went to a local game too. We visited lots of beautiful beaches, Siesta Key was my favourite!! - The Watt Lot
