Our house has 2 master suites with queen-size beds, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms plus 2 further twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. With a large lounge/dining room and separate family room there is plenty of living space and it is all newly furnished. The kitchen is extremely spacious with a breakfast table and also a breakfast bar area. There is also a separate, fully equipped laundry room. The house is fully air conditioned and the main rooms also have ceiling fans. The telephone is available with free calls. Outside there are gardens, a large screened patio and of course a private pool, which can be heated if required. The location is very convenient for all local attractions, but provides a great environment to relax in. The property is on a large plot and is not overlooked. At the rear there is a gentle grassy rise shielding it from the view of surrounding houses. The house also has a huge integral double garage.

| Bathrooms: | En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has a large bath, separate shower, basin and WC. En suite bathroom to bedroom 2 has bath/shower, basin and WC. Family bathroom has bath/shower, basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is extremely spacious with a breakfast table and a separate breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with appliances (cooker, American fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave etc.) and all necessary utensils. |

| Living Rooms: | At the front of the house is a large living area with comfortable sofas, coffee table and a dining area with formal dining table. At the rear there is a Family Room with large sofas, a 32" TV and patio doors opening onto the fully screened pool area. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Plenty of clean linen and towels are provided. The house is cleaned before each set of guests arrives. A mid-stay clean can be arranged if requested. Our management company are on hand to help in any way needed. |

Accessibility
Our home is all on one level so it is very accessible, but it is not specifically designed for wheelchair access.
Outside
The house is set on a large corner plot and is not overlooked. We have a 26' by 12' fully screened private pool with a large decking area and a covered patio. The pool can be heated if required. There is plenty of patio furniture available for relaxing outdoors.
Coast/Beach
Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast beaches are all about an hour's drive away.
Golf
The Champions Gate Golf Resort with 2 championship courses designed by Greg Norman is only 5 minutes drive away. There are dozens of other fine golf courses within a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is a 25 minute drive away. Sandford Airport is also convenient at about 45 minutes drive.
Distances
Disney is a 15 minute drive away. Universal Studios, Sea World and several other parks are within 30 minutes drive.
Booking notes
Please contact us for booking. A £100 per week deposit is payable upon booking. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required with the balance, this is refundable within 7 days after departure.
Cots and high chairs can be provided at modest cost.
There is a £35 cleaning charge for any stay under 7 nights.
