The property has 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms (there is a double sofa bed in the lounge). It has a lounge, family room, kitchen and separate dining room. There is a large TV, DVD and music system with surround system. This property can easily accommodate 10 people and as such is equipped to a very high standard with all the facilities you need for a perfect vacation. There is a private heated pool for your own use. The double garage has been converted to a kids play area with PSP, table football, pool, air hockey and games and puzzles for all the family.

The Disney parks are within a 15 minute drive of the villa. Theme parks such as Universal Studio's, Wet 'n' Wild and Sea World are approximately 30 minutes drive from the villa.
