Wow! What a place! Executively furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath air-conditioned house on a first class Resort. Includes a large living room and dining area with cable TV, telephone, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer. The bedrooms comprise 2 masters (one king, one queen) and one twin with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have their own en-suite private bathrooms. The first Master bedroom has a balcony and walk-in wardrobe. The two Master bedrooms have 'super size' baths for extra luxury, their own TV with remote and double size wardrobes. The house has the upgraded executive furnishings package and the larger rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort. The house is in a superb location in relation to the Clubhouse and pools. The beauty of our property is that it is part of the private Resort of Regal Palms, with its 24/7 Reception Desk, private 2 acre Tropical Swimming complex, Games Room, Internet Cafe, Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Health Centre.

The house has a private driveway, two car drive and pathway leading to the front door.
Coast/Beach
Tampa Bay and Daytona are approxi 40 mins drive from the house. Tampa is definitely worth a visit, as this is also the location of Busch Gardens Theme Park, possibly the best roller coasters in Florida!
Golf
Our property is adjacent to the fabulous 18 hole, 72 par championship, Highland Reserve Golf Course. Where guests of Regal Palms may use the facilities of Highland Reserve Golf Course at very reasonable rates (payable locally).
Travel
Orlando International Airport is about 30 min drive away. Other places of interest are Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Orlando Old Town, Kennedy Space Center, Cypress Gardens, Wet and Wild, Gatorland. All these places are driveable. There is something for everyone 24/7! Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Disney is about 9 miles away (10/30 mins depending on traffic). The supermarket just across the road (2 mins).
