A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, air conditioned townhouse in the luxury resort of Regal Palms with off street parking. The house is 2 years old and is decorated to a very high standard, every detail has been considered to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. A 15 minute drive will take you to the Disney resort and all shopping malls. A 2 minute walk from the house will take you to the 24 hour reception area, from which car hire, theme park passes and internet access are available. A 2 acre heated pool with lazy river, water slides, Jacuzzi, children's play area, sun terraces, restaurant, bar with live sports events are all located in this area, including gym and spa for all beauty treatments. There is also a ***1/2 rated golf club, which is challenging and fun for all abilities. Just outside the complex a supermarket and a range of restaurants and takeaways (Indian, Chinese, Italian, American) can be found.

The resort is excellent for families and fully secure as access to pool area is restricted to keyholders.
Accessibility
The property is suited to wheelchair users with limited mobility as downstairs is fully accessible with bathroom, bedroom and living area. The whole resort is accessible to disabled guests.

Parking for 2 cars at front of property, patio to rear and established garden.

20 mile drive to the beach.

***1/2 rated golf course. Golf buggies and equipment can be hired.
Travel
40km drive from Orlando International Airport. Directions from airport to resort will be forwarded on full payment.
Car hire is essential to enjoy your holiday.

15 minutes drive to Disney Resort, 20 minutes drive to Universal Studios, Sea World and shopping malls.
Booking notes
Please send an enquiry e-mail with required dates, we will send you a booking form which will require a signature and a refundable deposit cheque of £200. Your full payment will be required 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
The resort management will charge all guests 10$ per house per night for use of facilities. This is not a charge that we impose ourselves but please be aware of it. You will be required to payphone charges you have incurred during your stay upon leaving.
