It is enclosed within a protective mesh, ensuring a pest free environment and has been upgraded with 'Florida Glass' giving ultimate privacy. The deck area (lanai) has been extended and is fully equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture. The pool area is the great place to relax after a busy day out, and offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining. The pool can be heated when required for a supplementary fee. The interior of the villa is furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard and is air conditioned throughout. Free wireless internet access.

Notes on prices

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time after 4.00pm and departure time before 10.00am.

Interstate 4 is just 5 minutes away, providing a direct route to Tampa and the Gulf Coast to the West and Orlando and Daytona to the East with their many fantastic beaches.

It has many championship golf courses nearby such as Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Orange Lakes, Celebration and Ridgewood Lakes not to mention 2 Greg Norman designed courses at Championsgate.
Travel
Orlando International airport is around 30 minutes away.
Sanford International is about 1 hour away.
