Changeover day
The Villa is available for occupation from 4.00pm (local time) on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure. If you would like to extend your stay tilll a later check out time, this can be arranged in advance.

Notes on accommodation
The Villa is fully air conditioned/heated and our excellent management company are close by if needed. We do provide a portable crib, high chair and stair gates free of charge for your use. With only 30mins to Orlando International Airport and 10-15mins to Disney it's an ideal location.

Accessibility
Although the Villa is on two levels, the Master Bedroom/Bathroom is on the ground floor. There is one step at the front door and one out to the Pool.
Outside
The rear of the property boasts a fully screened pool/deck enclosure with large landscaped garden surrounded by a privacy fence. The heated Pool is approx. 30’ x 12’ with step access and Spa/Jacuzzi big enough for up to 5 adults. Table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. If Pool/Spa heating is required there will be an additional charge of $30/£15 per day.
Coast/Beach
With the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts just over an hour away you will find it hard to decide which one to visit. To the East, Daytona Beach or to the West, Clearwater on the Gulf Coast, both are equidistant from the villa
Golf
Florida is blessed with some of the best golf courses in the world. There are many excellent courses very near or just a short drive from the villa. Please see our website below for additional information.
Travel
The villa is easily accessible from Orlando International (MCO)30 miles/35 mins, Orlando Sanford (SFB) and Tamp Int. (TPA) both 55 miles/1 hour. Car hire is recommended to explore the area.
Distances
Situated close to the junction of US Highways 192 and 27. Where you will find a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways. Disneyworld is only 10-15mins drive along with Universal and Seaworld approx 30mins drive

Communal facilities - an excellent feature of this community is the superb leisure facilities which overlook Lake Davenport. There is the Cabana with large heated pool, tennis court and gated children's playground. Lake Davenport itself with 400 acres of water surrounded by orange groves with picnic/BBQ areas and Boat Ramp. Also within a few miles you will find a Wal-Mart Superstore (24 hours) and Publix store, Post Office, gas station and library with free internet access. A short walk away are the following, Petrol Station with 24hr convenience section for those essentials, Bank, Liquor Store and even the 19th Hole Bar for refreshment.
