The Villa 'Tropical View' is located on a quiet residential development, with amenities including tennis court, basketball and children's playgrounds. Indian Creek is just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 5 minutes from Disney World. Nearby on the 192 is the Formosa Gardens shopping area with supermarket, restaurants and other facilities. Our villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and occupies a prime site, overlooking conservation land with native trees and fauna. The pool is south-facing, for year-round sunshine, and we have provided cable TVs with DVD/VCR in all bedrooms, as well as the living room, plus a range of family films/board games. We aim to offer a comfortable home-from-home, to our guests.

We offer one rental rate year-round, regardless of whether or not the holiday period is deemed 'peak' time. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and US Dollars.
Pool heating available at £95 ($160) per week. Discounts available for bookings of 2 weeks or more. 5 night minimum stay. Prices inclusive of all Florida sales taxes and utilities.

Notes on accommodation
This beautiful and spacious single-storey villa is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard. Overlooking conservation land, and fenced on either side, it offers privacy and a calm retreat from the theme parks and other exciting attractions close by! A selection of family board games and DVDs are provided for our guests' pleasure and we can arrange baby equipment (cots, highchairs) through our management agency. A playpen and buggy are available in the home.

Outside
The 13ft x 26ft swimming pool (heating optional) is beautifully set against a backdrop of conservation land and, being south-facing, enjoys year-round sunshine. Extended decking (flat/no steps) provides a comfortable seating area, with 4 sun loungers, in addition to the table and seating (x6) on the covered lanai. There is a removable safety fence pool-side and access to the pool via the 2 ensuite bathrooms, as well as the French doors in the living room. This makes it much easier to 'wash down' direct in the bathrooms after a swim! All access doors are alarmed for safety.
Coast/Beach
Indian Creek is about 45 minutes drive to Daytona Beach, world-famous for its 23 miles of beach and on-site facilities, as well as a host of family attractions. Here you can go parasailing, fishing or surfing, or participate in one of its many annual festivals and events, from music and arts to motorsport. There are other beaches within an hour's drive - like Cocoa Beach - and Orlando has over 300 lakes and rivers for fishing, swimming and watercraft activities.
Golf
Orlando has over 150 golf courses and Indian Creek is well-located for some of the most renowned, including Wyndham Palms Resort, Falcons Fire and Mystic Dunes.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is about 15 miles (30 minutes drive) with Sanford about another 30 minutes further north. Car hire is advisable but not necessary. Taxi hire is available.
Distances
Indian Creek is amongst the closest communities to Walt Disney World and just 1 mile from Formosa Gardens on the 192, where there is a supermarket, pharmacy and a variety of restaurants.
Further details
There are innumerable restaurants nearby, with the closest being the Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays, Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, Red Lobster and the Subway sandwich specialist.

A deposit of £200 ($330) is required on booking to secure the dates, with the balance due, in full, 6 weeks prior to departure.
