The pool deck has been extended to accommodate both sun worshippers and alfresco eating. The pool enjoys all day sun. This home also has a very unique games room with everything to keep the children busy. We have many baby facilities including 2 cots, 2 highchairs and a light weight stroller for your use. Community facilities include two tots playgrounds, unlimited free basketball and tennis, also a baseball and soccer pitch. Located only 9 miles from Disney and close to nature and cycling trails, places to eat, several championship golf courses and much more.

Outside
Take your meal alfresco under the covered lanai. Children have a separate table and chairs. The pool (pool heating available) enjoys all day sun. Perfect after a hard day, and has an expansive deck for sun worshippers. The 4/6 person spa can act as a toddlers pool. An outdoor patio set is provided with table & chairs and sunloungers. Children have a separate table and chairs. Beyond the covered lanai is a large garden, surrounding the villa.
Coast/Beach
The Gulf Coast, Clearwater is approx a 90 min drive and the Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach) is approx 45 mins drive away. Whilst Daytona Beach (racing fans) is about a 2 hour drive away.
Golf
There are several championship golf courses nearby. Including Champions Gate Golf Resort (designed by Gerg Norman), Celebration Golf Club, Legends Golf and Country Club.
Travel
Orlando airport is about 30 mins drive and Tampa airport approx 45 mins drive.
Distances
Disney parks are 9 miles away, Sea World and Universal are approx 20-25 mins away. Going north join the Hwy 50 this will take you to all the malls and Designer Outlets. Take time to visit Lake Louisa, State National Park, mins from Orange Tree it makes a welcome change from the bustle of the theme parks. The Clermont Chain of Lakes feature 15 crystal clear, spring fed lakes excellent for fishing, boating and swimming activities.
Further details
All the convenience of a Super Walmart is only 5 mins away. Banks and drug stores are also only 5 mins away. There is Medical centres etc all located within a close drive of Orange Tree. Fast Food Outlets (Subway, Long John Silvers, Pizza etc) are a 2-10 min drive away.
Booking notes
A refundable deposit of $200/£120 is due at booking. This is refunded 4-5 days after the rental period (if no damage). On receipt of your deposit we will send you your rental confirmation. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the Rental period.
