Our executive Florida townhouse consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The lounge has a bed settee, enabling the house to sleep 8/10. The downstairs on suite has a separate lock out facilities and a separate front door, enabling total privacy. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The house has a no smoking policy. The house is set in the Regal Palms Resort which is a walled and gated community about 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. Adjacent to Regal Palms is a beautiful 18 hole par 72 golf course at Highland Reserve. There are lots of amenities on the site, including a large tropical pool area with lazy river and fun slide. Sun loungers can be found all round the poolside. There is a large restaurant and bar, games room, gymnasium, spa and beauty complex, business centre with internet access and 2 floodlit tennis courts. There is a large supermarket, shops and restaurants close by. 24 hour check-in is available.

There is a large supermarket, shops and restaurants close by. 24 hour check in is available. Guests are asked to vacate their holiday homes by 10am. As well as being walled the complex offers round the clock security.
